We are a family who loves eating and cooking . Serving up our favorite Mexican foods with our own modern twist, With half of our owners and cooks eating vegan, we are excited to also bring familiar flavors with fresh plant based ingredients. We HAD our restaurant on the Northshore but NOW we are in a FOOD TRUCK on the Southshore.

Could not decide between the shrimp or mahi mahi tacos with a side of beans and rice…he gave me one of each!!! Absolutely a hidden gem!! Chipotle sauce was on point and the hit sauce was beyond delicious!! All reasonably priced!!!

I loved this place. Would have eaten there more to try out the menu, but he was away.. perhaps due to the rain. I had the mahi mahi tacos and the burrito. Both great…definitely add the sauce…just a little spicy but great. Check it out.

Gordo is wonderful and a great sport. He’s the best! He gave me my food hot, fresh, and fast. Being of Hispanic background- I can be critical of Hispanic food, but booooooooy did Gordo deliver. Everything was absolutely slappin’. He knows what he cooks. Tastes AMAZING! Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I had to give a shoutout to this food truck because that wet burrito absolutely slapped. I actually been here more than a hand full of times now. I love trying new dishes here. The tacos amazing as well! The food is packed with super flavorful, tender meat and fresh veggies, and topped off with the sauce that brought it all together. Every bite was legit fire.
The orange truck is hard to miss, and once you try the food, you’ll be glad you didn’t. You can tell they put real love into what they’re making. Friendly people, good vibes, and food that hits the spot—definitely a go-to. Don’t sleep on it. A great place with a good story! Talk to Gordo himself and Gabe

I found this amazing food truck across from the hotel I am staying at. Delicious vegan options! I had the supreme vegan nachos which were so fantastic, I had to go back the next day! The owner is wonderful and recommended the vegan “phish” tacos which were equally delicious! Do yourself a favor and go here if you are in the area!

AMAZING vegan burritos and the guy working the truck is so nice. We got engaged on our trip and came here whenever it was open. I tear up thinking of the fried vegan fish because I wish I could eat it every day. It was so good, I wish our stay could have been longer so I could try everything on the vegan menu. You can call ahead to see what vegan proteins he has avaiable. Zero wait, great value, amazing food. Thank you for making our trip so special with the best vegan food around.

We were expecting a “brick and mortar” establishment, but when we arrived we saw Gordos bright orange truck. We were impressed with the quality of the food and you can’t beat Hawaii for a great environment for outdoor seating. The service was excellent as well, near the convention center and mall.

Came in for a bite after a hike so we were pretty hungry. Food was ok, service was pleasant. Cheese was a little watery for the fries vs the way it should stick to them.
