Upscale steakhouse as expected from a Las Vegas resort and a Gordon Ramsay establishment. Good selection of premium steaks and wines. Ambiance was nice and the food was good but a little overpriced as you would expect from a restaurant on the strip. Service was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive which we appreciated given how busy it was. It’s a nice place for a date night. The rest of the menu was also good and the sticky toffee pudding is a must try. Overall good experience.

Incredible. Start-to-finish, this experience was excellent. Perhaps the best meal of my life. We started with the shellfish platter for two….delectible. Then we had the A5 Japanease Wagyu and American Wagyu for our main courses. Perfectly preparred, presentation was breathtaking, the A5 was absolute perfection We had a few cocktails and dessert; the dessert choices were sticky toffee pudding the banoffee…both were incredibly delicious. Superb experience!

Pros:
Lovely, upscale atmosphere with attentive staff, who even ask you about food allergies. None of the casino noise penetrated through the restaurant either; it was very classy experience.

The 6oz filet mignon was the most beautifully textured meat I’ve ever eaten: A perfectly lightly crunchy outside, and the most tender, juicy inside. It was like nothing I had ever sunk my teeth into before, and I hope to never forget that first bite.

The potato puree side dish was also the best form of potato I’ve ever eaten. Each bite was so soft and warm, with the perfect amount of crème fraîche drizzle and chives in each bite; it was an absolute delight.

Cons:
The 8oz American wagyu skirt steak was surprisingly and unfortunately nothing special, in the tenderness nor flavor.

The side of french fries also fell short of my expectations for this restaurant. They were definitely better than plenty of restaurants, but too mushy for my enjoyment. Plus, the whole grain mustard aioli, in my opinion, was less enjoyable than an umami sauce from Lazy Dog, for example.

Finally, although the cook on my filet mignon was absolutely stunning and the best I’ve ever had, hands down, the flavor of it lagged that of my husband’s home-cooked and home-marinated steak.

Overall, I’d totally recommend this restaurant! Props to Gordon Ramsay & his staff for truly knowing how to cook and executing perfectly.

Dining at Gordon Ramsay Steak was an extraordinary culinary experience from beginning to end.
We started the evening with caviar paired perfectly with champagne — an elegant and indulgent introduction that immediately set the tone. The balance of flavors and the thoughtful pairing felt intentional and masterfully curated.
The French onion soup was deeply rich and beautifully executed. The Beef Wellington absolutely lived up to its iconic reputation — tender, perfectly cooked, and wrapped in delicate, golden pastry. We also enjoyed the beef trio and sides, each dish showcasing precision, depth of flavor, and attention to detail.
The service was impeccable — polished, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. To finish the evening, we were graciously surprised with a complimentary dessert, which made the experience feel even more personal and memorable.
An unforgettable night of exceptional food, flawless execution, and true hospitality. Chef Ramsay, your team delivered perfection.

Maybe because expectations have been set pretty high. However, whose fault is that? When you do what Gordon Ramsey does on national tv and strives for perfection at the highest level. That bleeds in to the consumer’s conceived notion when you pay these huge prices for food, that the food would blow you away. Let’s just say it didn’t. It didn’t for me or the complete stranger sitting next to me that got a different meal than myself. I spend almost 200.00 on just myself. I’ve have had way better steaks at a Texas Road house. Nothing against Texas Roadhouse. But Texas isn’t $200.00 for dinner nor on tv bragging how perfect they’re trying to be. Atmosphere was cool if you’re a “fan”. But was just as nice as many places to eat. Service was ok as well. They were fast and prompt and eager to help and polite.

I recently dined at Gordon Ramsay Steak and found the experience to be a huge letdown. I opted for the tasting menu to get a full appreciation of the menu.

The scotch egg to start was light and delicate, not exactly what you think of when you think of a scotch egg. It was ok, but didnt pack the flavor punch you usually get with a traditional scotch egg.

The next dish was the Hamachi Crudo. It was good but it was what you expect, nothing that really set it apart from any other restaurant.

This was followed by the scallop and risotto. I found the scallop to be delicious and perfectly prepared. The risotto on the other hand was good but overly rich to the point that it was difficult to finish the serving.

Now for the Land and Sea Wellington. The butter poached lobster was divine, packed with flavor, and really hit the spot. The Beef Wellington however fell short. The phylo dough was soggy, absolutely no crunch which when combined with the texture of the duxelles and the beef, resulted in soft on soft on soft. Although the steak was cooked perfectly, the Beef Wellington as a whole was a disappointment, further intensified by the fact that this is allegedly one of Gordon’s signature dishes.

Finally, the sticky toffee pudding. The portion was huge, big enough to share. I am also not a dessert person as I don’t have much of a sweet tooth. That being said, the pudding and the ice cream were divine. Absolutely delicious and the highlight of the meal.

Overall, I think the tasting menu was sub par, especially given the price. That being said, I was also not impressed with any of the dishes presented aside from the sticky toffee pudding. I might consider going back for a steak and the sticky toffee pudding but I would be more than ok if I never returned. Definetly fell short of my expectations by miles.

We did the 3-course meal with wine pairing from Groupon and loved it! The onion soup was packed with flavor. The Beef Wellington was incredible — the beef literally melted in my mouth. I’ve heard people say that before, but this was my first time actually experiencing it. The sticky toffee pudding was tasty but a bit too sweet for me; the ice cream that came with it was amazing. The wines and port paired perfectly with each course. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent!!!

Food was outstanding! The beef Wellington was cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth. The sea diver scallop risotto had so much flavor and scallops were like butter. Alston got a side of black truffle mushrooms and loved the texture of the different mushrooms. The sticky toffee pudding will satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth. Expensive but very worth it.

Our server was fantastic. He served our table on the top floor during Thanksgiving and made our dinner spectacular.

The food was delicious. I will definitely be back again for the toffee pudding! My family and I are very happy with our experience.
