Growing up, my family’s staple meal consisted of rice, beans, and eggs, which served as our primary source of protein. To this day, I continue to enjoy this dish, as it evokes fond memories. Now, at 57, with our children grown and moved out, my husband and I have the means to indulge in fine dining experiences once in a while.I have come to realize that such experiences are truly about creating lasting memories, as I did not have the opportunity to enjoy them during my childhood. When my sister-in-law extended an invitation for a girls get away and dinner at Hell’s Kitchen at Foxwoods, I accepted not realizing that dinner would be the highlight of our weekend get away. Hell’s Kitchen did not disappoint.!!! The staff were exceptional, possessing extensive knowledge of the menu and offering expert recommendations. They were attentive, ensuring that we felt welcome throughout our meal. The atmosphere was equally impressive, with the chefs’ culinary expertise on full display, adding a touch of theatricality to the experience. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each appetizer exceeded our expectations, and the Braised Short Ribs were tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The drinks were equally impressive, making the entire experience well worth the investment. I was thoroughly satisfied with the experience and eagerly look forward to visiting again and making more memories.

So we came here Thursday feb. 19th in celebration of my birthday just me and my wife. Already new the prices and what we wanted to order. Reservation was 6:15 we showed up 6:12 ans were seated. Almost 10 min go by before someone offers us water. I said no I dont want water I want a corona. “Yoir waiter will be right with you” another 5 min waiter comes by we order my beer and her drink. He comes with it we put in the food order. Scallops were perfectly cooked but lukewarm, corn succotash was good, the puree underneath was not too good. About 50 min in and the rest of the food comes. Wellington was a pretty plate, meat was cooked to right temp and breading around it was nice. But the meat was lukewarm and the puree it sat on was literally cold. Vegetables were cold and zero seasoning on them. Wagyu meatballs are good and so are the bits of fried polenta but it is all drenched on an not so good tomato sauce. Meatballs are covered with melted cheese which is good. Mac and cheese needed salt but it was a good dish and there’s so much cheese on it that it masks the actually Mac and cheese sauce being under seasoned. I had the prix fix menu my wife had the Mac and cheese side and wagyu meatball appetizer. We were full and asked someone to get us a bag for our leftovers. I was full and did not wanna stay long enough to have them serve me my desert with a candle on it, but they (the waiter) could have at least said happy birthday . .. we were in and out withing 1 hour and 20 min on a busy hour. Dinning room is big and open, tables touch each other, the booths look much nicer but on busy hours you dont get one unless 4 people sitting. Bar is wide and runs on opposite side from kitchen. We were seated on the very first table in front of kitchen so it was nice to see them work up close. Was nice seing Kyle hells kitchen winner too. Would be nice if the takeout bag said hells kitchen on it and not just foxwoods. There was a nice little store at left entrance side with chefs jacket too bad they were all extra small size I wear 2xl and would have bought a couple of chefs jackets.. all in all it would be a 3 star rating for the overal underseasoned cold food, but it drops to 1 star because: For the price you pay, better food is to be expected and just slapping Gordon’s name on it should not be enough, as he himself eould not have eaten a single plate I was served and would have criticized it all. I just had to cross this off my list and that is the only reason any of you should go here… oh and yes this is the loudest restaurant (without live music) I have ever been to

My friend surprised me with dinner here for my birthday. I’d been wanting to try it since it opened, but as a big Gordon Ramsay fan, I was nervous as I’d heard mixed reviews about the food and prices. I can confidently say they were wrong, at least about the food.
We both did the prix fixe with the wine pairing. I had the beet salad and my friend had the scallops, both were fantastic and perfectly portioned. I don’t eat seafood, but those scallops were the closest I’ve ever come to liking it. The beet salad was so refreshing and unlike any I’ve had before.
The famous Beef Wellington, and it absolutely lives up to the hype. It was perfectly cooked, the pastry was flaky, and the beef was tender and flavorful. We also split a side of mac and cheese, which may have been one of the best restaurant mac and cheeses I’ve ever had.
Dessert was the sticky toffee pudding (with a candle for my birthday), and it was delicious. Though I do wish the prix fixe included another dessert option for those who don’t love super-sweet desserts.
The wine pairing was just okay, and while our waitress was lovely, she wasn’t very knowledgeable about the wines. I probably wouldn’t do the pairing again.
I think most of the negative reviews stem from the atmosphere. I’ve dined at a few high end restaurants and the service and ambiance are part of what justify the price. Hell’s Kitchen feels like a Gordon-themed Cheesecake Factory. It’s big, loud, thrre’s servers rushing around and TVs playing Gordon’s greatest hits. The food is excellent, but the overall vibe doesn’t quite match the $100+ price point. If the prix fixe were closer to $75, I think reviews would be far more positive.
That said, I had a great time (to be fair, I wasn’t paying). The food was memorable and it was fun seeing the most recent Hell’s Kitchen winner working in the open kitchen. I’d absolutely come back for a special occasion.

My friend and I celebrated an early birthday dinner here on Sunday 3/1. We’ve been to Hell’s Kitchen many times and know we are in great hands when it comes to both the service and food as well. The reason why I’m even writing this review however is because of our server, Danielle. Danielle went above and beyond for not just us, but all her tables. She showed extreme professionalism with her vast knowledge of the menu, her impeccable table side manner, and the flow/timing of our dishes were on point, we never once felt rushed, and she did it all with a genuine smile. It’s servers like Danielle that truly tie the whole Hell’s Kitchen experience together. Danielle thank you bunches for making our meal so memorable. You slayyy and quite literally serveeee. As for my meal I ordered the lobster risotto, and the Mediterranean sea-bass. Both exceeded my expectations. For dessert, we shared the coconut 3 ways.

Me and my boyfriend went for our two year anniversary firstly the staff were amazing!! Came back to check on us multiple times and were so kind! The food was incredible. As people who usually go to our local steakhouse we felt very boujee lol we got the lobster risotto it was amazing my boyfriend’s favorite part of the meal! We got the beef Wellington as our main I didn’t even know meat could be that soft it was so good and the puff pastry was amazing the potato puree was so smooth I will say the vegetables on the side could be better but they are more for garnish(if I’m paying all that money I’m clearing that plate though) the star of the show was that Demi glaze it was so rich and flavourful. Very very filling! We were given a sticky toffee pudding cake for free for home as a gift for our anniversary! I can imagine how good it would have been had I eaten it warm at the restaurant. Overall amazing

Not sure why people give this restaurant anything less than 5 stars. Food was absolutely mind blowing. We started off with the wagyu meatballs and they were delicious. For the entrees I had the beef Wellington, and my wife had the braised short ribs, and let me tell you I’ve never had anything like it. Beautiful presentation, great flavor, and it was cooked to perfection. I was skeptical of this location due to some of the poor reviews but they couldn’t have been anymore wrong. We wrapped up dinner with the sticky toffee pudding, and oh my goodness, there has never been a more perfect dessert to end with. It completely wrapped the entire meal together. You’ll be chasing these flavors at other restaurants after eating here, but you’ll never get close. This was unlike any food I’ve experienced and it was well worth the prices. Would absolutely come back to experience the food once again. Our waiter was also fantastic. Could not have asked for a better service.

Positives:
-It’s fun, being a fan of the show made the experience much more enjoyable.
– Best scallops I’ve ever had.
-Service was top notch.
Negatives:
– We adhered to the dress code, but there were people walking by in ball caps and hoodies with blue jeans . We were hopeful for an elegant dinner and this ruined the vibe. Disappointing when you drop so much money.
– The steaks were lacking flavor. C’mon Gordon, I always thought you liked your salt!
Overall, we enjoyed the experience. We would definitely come back. We ate at most of the celebrity restaurants while staying at Foxwoods and was definitely the best. 4 stars due to the price, we expected more.

I heard many tiktok reviews saying it was mid, but at least for the CT location I will say it did not disappoint. I was very amazed with the set up and the way you can see the chefs set up like the show. I was a walk in right before dinner time and I was sat within minutes on Saturday night. I started off by getting the “Notes from Gordon” drink it was a 7/10 very light in flavor and very strong! I proceeded to the lobster risotto which was very flavorful but not a flavor I fully enjoyed and the dish was a lot so I was full so 7/10. I wish I got the tuna tartare. Now to the meal that blew my mind… the Beef Wellington… the presentation, the flavor, the excitement everything about it was a 10/10 especially that reduction sauce around it with the mashed potatoes. Amazing Im glad I had left overs. And now to the best dessert I have ever had the Sticky Toffee Pudding, wow just wow, I was full and uncomfortable but I scarfed that dessert down it was so good I couldn’t stop and with the dulce de leche ice cream, wow Gordon knew what he was doing 1000/10. Safe to say I will be back.

This is our 4th time visiting – I don’t know how I didn’t write a review sooner! The atmosphere and service are stellar! Food is amazing.
We’ve had the Beef Wellington Prix Fixe and quite enjoyed everything. We also had the Crispy Skin Salmon with Coconut Rice, Short Rib, Scallops. Really quite enjoyed everything except the potato cake under the short rib. It wasn’t what were were expecting and the flavors clashed with short rib and the short rib was a little rubbery…. but that was our first experience and have come back many times since. Maybe we’ll give the short rib another chance in the future.
They just started a breakfast buffet – I think because David Burke Prime closed down. But I will be honest this is the BEST breakfast buffet I have experienced at Foxwoods the entire time they have been open.
I have a few very minor critiques/suggestions –
1. The scrambled eggs could be a little more buttery/creamier.
2. They offered 2 scrambled egg options – Eggs Benedict, a Quiche or Frittata would have been a nice contrast.
3. The egg custard mixture on the French Toast didn’t penetrate the center so it was pretty dry but flavors were perfect.
4. The yogurt parfait was fabulous! One of the best I’ve had… but finding a way to keep it chilled while on the buffet line would be a good call!
4. Turkey bacon options would be welcome.
They had lots of quality pastry options and the oatmeal was phenomenal!
We were there for their first breakfast service and they did a great job!
I hope they keep this even when other options open up.

My husband and I visited Hell’s Kitchen for Valentine’s Day. We are fans of the show so we were excited to try the food we see on there. Although the food was absolutely amazing, the restaurant did not give fine dining vibes. We didn’t feel that any of the food was worth the hefty price tag and realized you are paying for the experience of feeling like you’re on the show. With that being said, our waiter, Ryan, was absolutely fantastic! He answered questions we had about the restaurant, joked around with us, and even explained how the kitchen worked so we could hear them call out our order. Overall, I would recommend to try here once just for the experience!
