Iconic Experience – Great Service, But Manage Expectations
Dining at Hell’s Kitchen was something we’d wanted to do ever since we first started planning our Vegas trip. It’s definitely one of those bucket-list restaurants and walking in feels like an occasion.
The Beef Wellington had been top of my list for years. It was very good – cooked well, rich and full of flavour – but if I’m honest, it wasn’t quite the life-changing dish I’d built it up to be. At $73, it didn’t fully live up to the hype for me. The table next to us actually ate around theirs and then asked for it in a to-go bag, which perhaps says something about how it lands for some people. Ours did taste excellent, don’t get me wrong, but for the price I expected to be blown away.
The beef tartare was more of a disappointment. It was heavily dominated by truffle to the point it overpowered everything else, and I’ve definitely had much better elsewhere for about half the cost.
On the plus side, the wine was excellent and the service was genuinely exceptional – polished, attentive and professional throughout. The only slight downside is that the experience can feel a bit rushed at times, with noticeable upselling. They also offer paid “table upgrades” – personally, I wouldn’t bother.
Overall, it’s a great experience to tick off the list, but go in with realistic expectations rather than assuming it will be the best meal of your life.

The Wellington $74 DO NOT ORDER was absolutely disgusting; raw meat in a soggy pastry from the blood juices, it was awful. I could not eat it. Waste of $74 plus tax and tip.CRY…
BESIDES the really high prices, the rest of the food was very good. My husband got a filet mignon that was cooked perfectly and was delicious $65. The lobster risotto was amazing. The iced tea $7 free refills was delicious with serve agave nectar.
The ambience is very loud hard to hear/talk. the views were amazing and it was very fun to people watch all the people coming in and out of the restaurant we also got a view of the Las Vegas strip from our table. Our bill was about $400 for the two of us. The place for me was not really worth the hype just MEH that’s why got 3 stars.

I came to this restaurant having really high hopes. I was a bit worried having read the reviews before. I had the lunch fixe and it has been one of the best meals I ever had. The scallops were made just on point, literally 20 seconds longer would be too much. The wellington was absolutely perfect. It was melting in my mouth and the portion was sizeable enough that I could not finish my sticky toffee pudding. I also have to give credit to the service. I do not live in the U.S. but throughout my 3 week trip I have never had a better service than here. It was extremely professional, warm but also not too intrusive. It was really an amazing experience.

Our first dinner in Las Vegas was enjoyed at Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen. We made our reservation quite spontaneously and therefore were only able to secure a late-evening time slot. Upon arrival, several other guests were already waiting for their tables, but the process moved along pleasantly quickly.
The service was consistently friendly, attentive, and highly professional throughout the evening. We were especially delighted when our server took the time to take a photo of us in front of the open kitchen at the end of the meal — a thoughtful and personal touch we truly appreciated.
From a culinary perspective, the main courses were the highlight of the evening. Both the special cut and the Beef Wellington were outstanding — exceptionally tender, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. For this experience alone, the visit was absolutely worthwhile.
We left the restaurant thoroughly satisfied and would happily return should we visit Las Vegas again. A memorable dining experience and a wonderful way to begin our time in this vibrant city.

This was a very expensive meal, but it was quite good. Took advantage of the fixed menu and got to taste Ramsay’s most well known dishes. The scallops were melt in your mouth tasty! The beef Wellington was also very good and the sticky toffee pudding was one of the best I’ve ever had (but could still use some more caramel sauce!)! I enjoyed my meal and didn’t feel it wasn’t enough or too much, but was it worth the price point….maybe not.

The food and atmosphere were great! The Wellington was amazing, and so was the toffee pudding. My friend’s chicken could’ve used a bit more flavor, but it was fine overall. And the mocktails were excellent too. My only thought is that the place was super packed, so they seemed to want us to leave quickly, but they weren’t bringing the food out super fast either. So, we obviously needed more time since we didn’t even arrive late. I just wish they were a bit more understanding or would consider their capacity better.

When we had questions, we had to wait to get someone’s attention, and even getting a spoon took some time.
Overall, it was a nice experience, but compared to DC, I enjoyed the other location more.

As a fan of the show and someone who works in the hospitality industry, I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at Hell’s Kitchen! We came here to celebrate our one-year anniversary, which was recognized by our server, making it even more special! Our waters was never empty, and their team made sure we were taken care of! The food was truly top-notch! The level of flavors were amazing in all the dishes, drinks, and dessert! We tried the Lobster Risotto, Crispy Skin Salmon, Beef Wellington, Sticky Toffee Pudding, and Ube Paradise drink! All were items we would get again! Cannot wait to come back and enjoy the food experience we were provided!
