The only reason I give it 4 stars is the service. It is very slow. There is no online orders so that is out of the question. And it takes so long for the line to move and they take a while to get food out. Idk if it’s a training issue or lack of people but it really stood out. I loved the food though. Amazing. I would love to come again as the food is really that good. The sticky toffee pudding pops were amazing, the fish was crispy and delicious, and the fries has a great flavor, we got the dirty 2

Fish was delicious, flaky on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Fries weren’t soggy as many others have mentioned but they were lack luster. I was expecting more of a traditional “chip” like a steak fry. I added on two pieces of shrimp, those were insanely delicious. I got cocktail sauce and tartar sauce as my sauce. However, my husband got the southwest ranch and it was only okay but that tartar sauce was herbaceous and garlicy. Overall 8/10

I was very impressed with this place! I’m a big fan of Gordon and was excited to be able to try one of his restaurants. The truffle fries and tartar sauce were great! This is a great option if you’re wanting to try one of Gordon’s restaurants at a more affordable price 🙂

The service was really fast. It’s basically order at the counter and pick up when they call for your number. We enjoyed all the food. Everything was crispy and cooked well. We had the fish, lobster, shrimp and added a chicken tender.

The fish & chips were fresh and delicious. The customer service was also fantastic. We will definitely come here again when we are in Reno. Our local friends also enjoyed it and were skeptical as they had heard bad reviews from others. Do not hesitate to try it out.

Fast food restaurant with fish and chips. It delivers. The fish was nice, the fries were traditional English French fries (soggy under the fish). The dips were ok but nothing fantastic. A good option for something fast and yummy. The atmosphere is like a fast food restaurant. Music is a little but too loud.

Exactly what I would expect from a Chef Ramsay Establishment! If you go all out, like we did, you will spend about $30 per person. We wanted to try every option. The only things we didn’t get to try were the chicken and shrimp. We managed to try all 3 dirty fries and all of the sauces. Dirty #1 was the best of all 3 in my opinion. Bacon-Bacon definitely means something…. Bacon that eats like ham chunks- but they are a bit tough to chew. Our favorite sauces were Gordon’s Tartar Sauce and the Sriracha Aioli. I had the fishwich and it was absolutely amazing. If I had to pick I’d do my exact same order the next time we visit. Fishwich, Dirty #1, Sriracha aioli. It was wonderful. It’s worth noting that this restaurant is in a casino. A dinner for 3 in a casino for $100 is not bad at all. And it was an experience we will never forget.

Many of the restaurants in the Row have pretty average reviews and I was worried about this one given it’s celebrity vibe (I often have pretty mid results with celebrity chef spots) – but my mom and I were staying at the Silver Legacy and decided to give it a try.

I almost ordered the housemade lemonade but the helpful woman who took our order told me it was super sweet – she volunteered the intel without me asking and as a lemonade fanatic who likes it tart, I was grateful! But if you like sweet, give it a try!

We got fountain drinks and while the fact a spot in the Silver Legacy has fountain drinks is awesome – the ice machine was sad. We each got 1/4 cup of ice, and it took forever for the poor machine to work! It’s also good crunchy ice, but be prepared to wait, which isn’t ideal.

Mom had the shrimp and chips, I had the fish and chips.

The open kitchen allows you to watch the three team chef and cooks preparing everything. All were very friendly.

Mom’s shrimp were perfectly cooked and super tasty.

My fish was overcooked. Not terrible to the point where I wanted to deal with returning it (they were very busy) – but it was a bit to crispy and tad dry. I’d try it again next time.

The french fries are handcut and very good! Cocktail sauce was too ketchupy. We like a bit more zing.

Restaurant theming is Union Jack meets Gordon Ramsey. Cute and bright vibe.

Overall, pretty good. If I find myself staying at the Row again I’d give it a try for a fast casual option.

I was in the Silver Legacy in Reno NV.
Ordering was good, don’t agree on tipping for the order that took all of 10 seconds. I looked at the kitchen and noticed very messy like no cleaning had taken place the entire day. The fish was not as good as expected and the tarter sauce had too much lemon flavor in it.
I do not think I would eat there again.
Maybe Gordon needs to do a Kitchen Nightmare at this location.

I’m unsure why there’s so many bad reviews about this place. I had dinner yesterday and it was fantastic, the fish and shrimp were fresh and the battered was amazing too. We also tried the classic tartare sauce and the mango curry, both were great. May be pricey for fast food but need to consider you are inside of a casino! My only suggestion is doing the chips a little ticker as the classic English chips.
