Great experience!
Everything tasted super fresh and packed with flavor. We tried two different burgers and both were excellent, but I highly recommend the French Onion Burger — it really stood out. The dessert was amazing and the perfect way to finish the meal. Definitely worth checking out!

Gordon Ramsay burger has changed so much since they opened The burgers are very very good. I would say one of the best I had. I will go back again. I had the 24h burger and the farm house burger. Absolutely amazing. I think well worth the price for a gourmet burger and the patties are nice and thick. The nachos are good too and the milkshakes of course.

We were excited to try Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant for my husband’s birthday. He loves burgers, and I love watching his shows and was excited to try his restaurant for the first time.
Hubby ordered the backyard burger, I ordered French onion burger. French onion burger was mushy even without dipping it in the au jus, but I guess that’s because it has caramelized onions. The backyard burger was not much better, it was mushy too. Mushy usually means there’s a lot of filler in it. Beef should have a dense texture after frying it not mushy.
The server was very attentive. She gave hubby a complimentary dessert for his birthday. Not too sure what it was, but it was very disappointing as well. Looked like it sat too long before serving. When it arrived at our table, it looked like a milkshake with lots of melted whipped cream turned to liquid, not very appetizing. He ended up finding a small lump of ice cream as he dug, couldn’t eat it, it was pure cream liquid lol.
I upgraded my burger with the salad, it had a few raspberries on top and shredded cheese, it was the highlight of our meals. And the fries were excellent, hot and crispy.
The prices of the burgers were considered high in a cafeteria setting vibe. I don’t think we will be back.

And let me tell you… hands down the best milkshake I’ve ever had — the Oreo Crème Brûlée shake . I don’t even like milkshakes, and this one was completely out of this world. A must-try, no question.
My daughter and I both ordered the French Onion Burger and OMG…. It came with an au jus dipping sauce, was unbelievably tender, and just melted in your mouth. So. So. Good.
Marcel went with the Hell’s Kitchen Burger, loaded with jalapeños ️. I’m not a spicy fan , but I was told it was super juicy and packed with flavour—so if you like heat, you will not be disappointed.
Word of warning: make sure you’re done eating for the day before you go . The portions are very filling—total Thanksgiving vibes with the buttons on your pants begging for mercy!! LOL
Atmosphere was a modern classic of an old dinner feel , relaxed and family friendly. The service was great too, very helpful and attentive. Overall great experience and I will be back!

Wow! It’s hard to cook a patty perfectly, not too pink, not too overdone. The ingredients felt fresh and the fries were crispy, thin and well salted. I like my fries with a sauce so I asked for a different sauce (besides the ketchup they give you, I wasn’t a huge fan personally but it was still good, it was seasoned somehow) one of the servers brought me the creamy jalepeno and truffle aioli, I liked both and found it sweet it was free of charge, not sure if that’s something they usually offer but I appreciated it regardless, most places charge like $3 for extra sauces. I never got that woman’s name but shout out to her, she had glasses and brown hair.
Also, a LOT cheaper than I expected from a Gordon Ramsay burger place. For two burgers and no appetizers (happy hour has really good prices for appetizers though) only about $51 before tip, and they’re very generous with the amount of fries they give you.

They were short staffed……three of us were waiting to be seated. Took about five minutes before someone came to help us. Got seated without menus. We knew what we wanted to order, sat for a few minutes with staff just walking by and not paying much attention. Had to flag someone down. But then Mark came to take our order, delivered our order and was on top of refilling my pop!! He was amazing!! Thanks for the great service! You truly made a bad experience into a good one!!

We are very impressed with our experience here. Our server, Luka, was very knowledgeable of the menu and answered all our questions confidently with suggestions on top of explaining a variety of menu options. The food was amazing, we’ve never had nachos done that way, or that well, anywhere else! The burgers both tasted beautifully done, there’s no other words I can use to describe them. Everything was amazing, fresh and flavourful and the presentation flawless!! Thank you Luka and everyone who put it all together for our 5th Anniversary lunch, we will definitely be back!

Last hurrah for a dine out before moving in to a nutritional change for the new year. Made a reservation, but wasn’t needed for this day. Lots of room. Comfortable restaurant, but quiet. Got here for happy hour so enjoyed the kettle nachos, even our picky eater loved them! Burgers are huge, lobster/prawn sandwich was stuffed, and everything was delicious! Kiyomi our server was gracious and attentive.

Today I had the pleasure of dining Here and the experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service went beyond expectations — our server 3A was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome throughout the entire visit.
The food was absolutely delicious; every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The burgers were perfectly cooked and lived up to the Gordon Ramsay name. On top of that, the atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic — modern, vibrant, and very inviting.
