Probably the best burger I’ve eaten. Was told they grind their meat daily and it includes short rib. Yum. I got the blue cheese burger and added mushrooms. Wasn’t planning to eat the whole thing but it was too good not to. Also had the sweet potato fries and had them add crumbled blue cheese on the top. It was perfect combo own sweet and salty!

1st timer. Had high expectations because of the name. My table ordered Chicago dawg, hell’s kitchen burger, chicken sando grilled, the local root beer, and parmesean truffle fries. Everything was amazing except the burger, my order, I ordered med well but it came out well. And yes, I prolly could have gotten it medium but didn’t. Prolly could’ve complained but didn’t. The patty itself was underwhelming for me, it wasnt quite seasoned for me. I’ve had better cheaper burgers even my home cooked burger is better. Would I go back, prolly not. But Hell’s Kitchen is the ultimate goal. 7 out of 10 for my burger because of the bun. Our waiter was friendly but wasn’t attentive (asked if we were ok, yes. And not about the food). The wait for the food, given the number of patrons, was long. The atmosphere was cool but the aesthics could use some work.

We managed to get a table without a booking for an early dinner. The starters arrived quickly—the nachos were a standout and very tasty, while the onion rings were good but quite filling. The burger was comforting and satisfying. The atmosphere was nice overall, although it can get a bit noisy at times.

Food was great but wanted to highlight the customer service (28 November, dinner). Our hostess was super friendly. But I was also in the washroom and a soap dispenser wasn’t working. I just switched to another sink but a team member who was in there and had just used the sink I moved to (brown hair, with facial hair and a friendly smile) took a moment to fiddle with the broken soap dispenser and get it working. Very impressive as I am sure at other restaurants, the staff member would have just walked on by. And there were two entrances – a rotating door which didn’t let in a blast of cold air when used, and a regular door that let in a lot of cold air when opened. A couple people exited out the latter, making myself and my family uncomfortable due to the cold (though we didn’t say anything). A security staff member seated nearby – of his own initiative – grabbed a spare chair and blocked the door so no one could use it. Super considerate. I was very impressed by not only the food, but the quality, professionalism, and consideration showed by the staff.

We were looking for a new lunch spot and noticed Gordon Ramsay Burger near our hotel, so we decided to give it a try.

We stopped in during lunchtime and were seated quickly without a reservation, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was friendly and efficient. The burger was incredibly flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crisp.

I’ll definitely be visiting this restaurant again the next time I’m back in Chicago. Highly recommended!

Our meal was delicious, we had the Forest burger, the Brunch burger and truffle fries. For dessert we had the skillet cookie and brownie sundae. The Brunch burger was amazing and the crookie skillet was phenomenal. We’ll definitely visit again. Our server was very friendly and made sure everything went well. The price was reasonable as well.

Not worth the cost, as most fast food burgers would probably taste the same/better. The fries stayed warm very well, however. My biggest complaint is that there wasn’t much sauce/jam on the burgers, and our chips were stale with the nacho appetizer. My expectations were not met, but the staff was very kind!

Gordon Ramsay is in a league of his own when it comes to burgers and dinner. His burgers are extremely tasty and absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked patties, rich flavor, fresh ingredients, and that bold seasoning that hits every bite. Juicy, balanced, and indulgent, they’re the kind of burgers you remember.

The Chicago restaurant is amazing !!!!!!

Dinner is just as impressive. From beautifully plated mains to deep, comforting flavors, every dish feels intentional and elevated. The quality, technique, and taste come together flawlessly amazing food that delivers big flavor with real finesse. Simply put: unforgettable and delicious. ✨

Dining at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant in Chicago was nothing short of an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt upscale yet welcoming, with a modern, elegant design that set the tone for the evening.

The service was exceptional — attentive without being overbearing. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure every detail of the experience felt special.

Now for the food… absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. You can truly taste the quality of the ingredients and the level of skill that goes into each plate. From the appetizers to the entrées and desserts, everything was cooked to perfection. The flavors were balanced, bold, and memorable.

This isn’t just dinner — it’s a full dining experience. Perfect for a special occasion, date night, or when you simply want to treat yourself to world-class cuisine.

I would highly recommend Gordon Ramsay’s Chicago restaurant to anyone looking for top-tier food, exceptional service, and a truly elevated night out. I will definitely be returning.

Greetings my Foodzies, the other day we ventured into the heart of the city. We went to have lunch at Gordon Ramsay‘s burger restaurant 5 E Ontario St.
The atmosphere was bustling. The restaurant is an open concept so it was kind of loud. They had booth seating, table seating and bar seating. The table seating, seats were extremely comfortable. We were seated right away, our server Tessa was very nice and knowledgeable.
We tried several items off of the menu. We ordered the Chicago style hotdog, it was served on a poppyseed bun, a nice all beef hotdog and to “old school lingo. They ran it through the garden. It had mustard, of course, glowing, green relish, sliced tomatoes, (which always confuse me because you’re not allowed to have ketchup on a hotdog, but you’ll put tomatoes on it.) port peppers and a pickle spear. I found the bun to be a little hard with the rest of the hotdog was very good. Everything is à la carte so no fries came with the hotdog or the burgers. We did, however, order sweet potato fries, which were fresh, and crunchy. We dipped those in the aïoli sauce that came with the brunch burger, and that just took it to a new level.
We then tried the brunch burger, which consisted of american cheese, brown sugar bacon, caramelized onions, hashbrown patty, fried egg and spicy aioli. It made for a very tasty bite; my only complaint is that the fried egg did not come with a runny yolk. One of my favorite concepts of a brunch burger is biting into the burger and having the yolk run out so you could use it for dipping when you get to the end.
We then tried the Idiot burger which had braised short rib, gruyère, cheddar, roasted mushrooms, spicy tomato chutney. (I know you all have a comment about this. But let’s refrain.) we found this to be a very tasty burger the way that everything came together; the short rib was tender and juicy, and the weight that the cheese and the spicy tomato chutney all blended together it was awesome.
One of the highlights of our meal was the Oreo milkshake with a crème brûlée topping. The milkshake was nice and creamy had a great flavor of Oreo and the best part of the milkshake was the crème brûlée that was sprinkled on the top.
I give this restaurant 5 stars not only because it’s a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, but the atmosphere the food and the service were phenomenal.
Give it a try and let me know what you think. Ciao ciao for now.
