Tiny al pastor burrito for $10. Didn’t see any pineapple in it, the meat was shredded (ew?), and didn’t get much red onion. 1/5 on the San Diego scale, but 2/5 for Chico.

I tried the Carne Asade here and it tastes more like slow cooked beef, it’s good but not what I expected. The shrimp tacos are great but it’s not the same without a slice of lime on the side to garnish them with. The prices are good here and they seem to get a lot of business.

The chicken gordo burrito (spicy, of course, and always with a side of limes and pickled jalapeños) is perhaps the most affordable and delicious burrrito in Chico California. The 2 for $6 bean, rice, cheese and salsa burrito is incredibly affordable, and an excellent option for anyone against eating meat. This has been my favorite burrito truck for years. I am sad everytime I drive by this spot craving a burrito, only to find they are gone. Highly recommend!

It’s a hidden gem for food. With all the Mexican food trucks available I know it’s tough to stand out. They have an excellent burrito supreme. I asked for no onions and I got no onions… Small thing maybe, but it’s important to me.
I highly recommend this place. It’s a little hard to get to, being on one way streets, but worth it.
As a side note, the liquor store next door is also a nice place to grab some refreshments.
