The flavor of the Carne Picana was exquisite; the perfect taste and texture of the meat created a delightful sensation in my mouth. The chicken also had a delicious flavor, and the desserts provided a perfect ending to the meal. Absolutely delicious experience at Gordito’s Mexican Bar and Grill! I ordered the churrasco picanha and the snapper fillet, and both dishes were outstanding. The churrasco was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor, and the snapper was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency.
Portions were generous, everything was packaged well, and the food traveled great for takeout. This is one of those places that feels like a hidden gem in Miami — flavorful, reliable, and worth coming back to. Highly recommend!

The food here is absolutely delicious and fresh, with an elegant and relaxing vibe that makes the whole experience even better. Most importantly, the service is a solid 10/10. From the appetizers and entrées to the desserts, everything is amazing and perfectly executed. My personal favorites are the octopus and the steaks, both are simply outstanding! The cocktails are just as impressive from the Old Fashioned to the margaritas and other specialty creations, each one is delicious and refreshing, especially during the hot Miami weather. They also offer pasta and other specials that are worth trying; truly, the entire menu is interesting and tempting enough to try it all!”

We enjoyed a delightful dinner at Gorditos Bar & Grill. The ambiance was inviting, servers were friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious. I liked my yummy Caesar salad with grilled shrimp. My friend’s steak with mashed potatoes was wonderful. We will be back. They have lunch specials.

Easily, my favorite restaurant in North Miami. They’ve got the most awesome skirt steak and their Burata salad. And pretty much everything else. Undoubtedly the best tasting food here and I wish that more people could discover this gem. I have been here at least 10 times and never once walked out without being very very pleased. If you’re trying to figure out a new place to go come here on NE. 123rd St.

This food is seriously a hidden gem! The taste is delicious. I got the lamb chops and the flavors were amazing. My children got the skirt steak and the NY Strip and both were cooked to perfection. The taste and flavors were insanely delicious and the price point for Miami was great. If you have not tried this place, I would definitely recommend it. Actually if you are reading this you should try it now. Gluten friendly waiter made the experience so much easier. They put care and consideration into their food.

Additional review: I wanted to add to my previous review because my recent visit to Gorditos was truly exceptional. I’ve been here several times, always loving their food. Recently, I brought my husband and our team for an end-of-year dinner to celebrate and treat our staff.
We had made a reservation well in advance, with a special menu crafted with the help of Edras from the restaurant. However, on the day of our event, around 6 PM, an FPL equipment malfunction left the entire Sans Soucie Mall without power. Many restaurants would have canceled under such circumstances, but Gorditos went above and beyond.
They quickly adapted by setting up a beautiful spot for our group of 16, complete with candlelight in the parking lot. The ambiance was perfect, and despite the lack of power inside, the service and food were better than ever. We enjoyed a delightful three-course meal, complete with cocktails, and made the best of an unforeseen situation—all thanks to the diligence and incredible service of Edras and his staff.
Now more than ever, we will continue to support this wonderful restaurant.

I Made a reservation to celebrate my dear friend birthday, our experience from the moment we got there until we left was AMAZING! Not to mention their food & service Literally TOP-NOCH. I was impressed by their professionalism and their service, we felt welcomed from the moment we got there. Very family oriented as well. I had the rib eye bone in (Definitely recommend it) my friends allowed me to try their food and it was also delicious . We had such a great time, We will definitely be back again!
