Hands down the best freshly made chips in the North East!
The staff is super friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The drinks are spot on, too!
Start off with the guacamole and freshly made chips—it’s an absolute must! It really gets you in the right mood for the rest of the meal.

Authenticity of the food is delicious and legit, the portions may look on the small size but! It definitely fills you up, would 100% recommend this place to friends and family! Service was phenomenal as well!

Famous Chef Raffaele Ronca is making extraordinary food here… It is not your typical Mexican joint –this is ELEVATED LATIN FUSION! Fidel Pantoja is in the kitchen too, a brilliant Chef from Pueblo. The other night, specials were Lobster Enchiliadas -one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten! and Steak Monfongitos, an absolute genius marriage of tender steak and plantains. Quacamole is sensational! Kissed with Sicilian xtra virgin olive oil; ALL chips and totillas are HOME MADE! Cocktails are AWESOME! GO check this place out NOW! If this was in Brooklyn or Manhattan there would be a line out the door!!!!!!!!!!! I worry not enough people in Westchester know /appreciate great food or are expecting/wanting a cheaper run of the mill “Mexican” … this place is UNIQUE and needs to be treasured!

Walked in and very nice place. Love the glass looking into the kitchen. Ordered the paella seafood. Can we get some actual good amount of rice. This is like a kid serving. It was good, don’t get me wrong. But rice is the cheapest thing on the plate. I’ll give ya another shot. But disappointed. Im still hungry..

We had the BEST experience at Gordito Kitchen! My husband and I made a last-minute reservation and when our table wasn’t quite ready, the adorable manager (I believe his name was Davis) went above and beyond to make us feel special. He treated us to drinks at the bar, sent over guacamole as an appetizer, and even surprised us with dessert-such an unexpected and thoughtful touch!
Our waiter, Timmy, was absolutely fantastic…so attentive, kind, and on top of everything throughout the night. The food was incredible (highly recommend the fajitas and the carne asada).
Between the warm hospitality, the delicious food, and the genuinely welcoming vibe, Gordito Kitchen is a true gem. We will 100% be back!

27 bucks for chicken enchiladas with about 1 tbspoon of meat in each. The meat should be overflowing for that price.

Absolutely loved the fusion menu. The food was all excellent. It was also a beautiful smaller space but set up to be roomy. There was clearly a lot of thought put into every part of the menu and the restaurant design. Gordito is my new favorite spot in Rye.
