I stumbled upon Gorditas Zacatecanas today after stopping by at the golf cart shop in Fountain Inn, and I’m glad I did as this food truck may have the best Mexican food in the area.
I got 2 of the beef tortas and 1 Birria, but was full after just two, so you get a good amount of food for the money. They offer quesadillas and burritos as well. Everything tasted fresh and the staff were amazing as well. 10 out of 10. If you’re a foodie, I highly recommend stopping by.

Got recommend to try the birria gordita from here and was amazed! I got the fríjol as well and if you like pupusas you will definitely like the Gorditas Zacatecanas , I have to say the show stopper was the Huaracha, absolutely awesome . Also got Mango Aguas Frescas which I finished completely, So we had 4 Gorditas, 1 Huaracha and 2 Agua Frescas all for $41. Service was excellent and loved the seating area. They are right in the elite custom golf cart shop parking lot that’s in front of Fountain inn Dental btw! This is a great casual relaxing spot to eat.
