I’ve had previous bad experiences with the food here and thought I’d give it another try! With the cold and rainy day. I thought I would try soup. I mean, how can anyone go wrong, right. Well it did. I ordered Posole Verde with pork. I might of as well ordered the chicken soup. it tasted like they boiled everything separate. And made a concoction and called it a day.The pork tasted like it was long gone dead and stored for awhile and they tried to breathe life into it by throwing it in some chicken soup. It was disgusting. Tried to revive it with the green salsa they had. As you can see I put a lot in it. and still wasn’t doing it justice. Greatly disappointed!! Luckily the waitress made the mistake of ordering the small when I had asked for a large! I don’t think I would be coming back.

Horrible. I ordered a carnitas plate, carnitas, not boiled pork, but even worse all the food was super cold, had to ask the waitress, who had an attitude from the get go and had no idea what the food was, to please warm it up, they only warmed up the carnitas but beans and rice were still cold…HORRIBLE!! I’ve been here before and it wasn’t this bad, not great by any means, but edible and service was NEVER this bad.

I love getting the egg and salsa verde gordita. It is so filling and comes with 2 tasty salsa options, a guacamole one, and a spicier red one. Both go well together. I’ve had nothing but nice customer service. Can’t speak for most of the other dishes as I’ve only tried this, and I did get an asada torta once. It was HUGE but also tasty. I also like getting their aguas frescas, I do either a hibiscus tea(jamaica) or pineapple, so refreshing!

Talking about original Mexican flavors, this is it!!! We have pozole, is a soup with meet and hominy was so good! My husband loves it but he is picky with it and this one hit all the plus. I ate a Torta cubana, is like a subway in steroids! Of course we enjoy our horchata drink this one is based on rice and vanilla. Stop by and try the gorditas (stuffed with your choice of meet)

Unless you’re a man consuming alcohol, the waitresses don’t care about you. They are extremely rude and won’t even look at you when you’re placing the order. There are signs plastered all over the restaurant that say “waitresses get paid in tips”, you would think the service would be better considering they rely on tips, but no. Sadly, I won’t be going back even though their food is amazing.
