Portions are large but they only include 2 measly tortillas with the fajitas platter. We spent almost $8 for 6 more in order to have enough for our meal. Complimentary warm chips were nice, but tge red salsa was bland and the green salsa was very spicy but one note. This is a one and done for us.

The food was absolutely amazing. Music wasn’t loud and the service was nice. Cozy place to eat. Plus, it didn’t even take too long to get the food! I’m from Houston and it usually takes 40 to an hour to receive the meal, but it felt like 20 minutes when we got the order and it was delicious!

I wanted to try a new place in Galveston and saw Gorditas off of the Seawall. So glad I stopped in. The best mole I have had in quite a while. The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. We have a new traditional Mexican go to place. Super stoked to share it with my Wife.

What a lovely place! Outstanding VEGAN options at a great price too. I planned on adding a photo as well but I ate it so fast! The servers were all extremely friendly and they had my takeout order ready within ten minutes. Great spot easy to find!

Open seating to sit where you want (love that). Quick and friendly staff. Liked their chips were warmed. Got the beef burrito and chicken tacos. Was good. What would make it better is fresh made chips, margaritas (no bar drinks just bottled beer), and hotter food… but the quick and friendly staff and the view made it enjoyable and nice! Thanks!

Gorditas Mexico is SO delicious! We have visited many, many times over the last year and never has the food disappointed! Everything has great flavor, the service is top notch and very prompt and the atmosphere is welcoming and warm. They have inside or outside seating and the beach view is awesome! We love Gorditas!
