Great place for burgers and fries. The rest of the menu is ok. Fried Fish was good in spots, overcooked in others. The Hamburger Steak was good and mashed potatoes homemade and creamy. Chicken Salad was OK. Chicken was not very well seasoned. Grilled shrimp kabobs were grilled to perfection, but hummus was gritty and had too much lemon juice mixed in. Go to for burgers, but you may be disappointed if you have anything else, depending on what it is.

After many months of trying to check them out, we finally made it. I was expecting a larger dining room, but it was still one of the best burgers, fries and onion rings I’ve had since moving here. The burger was very favorable, fries & onion rings were delicious. We will definitely be back on a different day to try another menu favorite.

Cute place! Got a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink. Burger was cooked to remain juicy. Toppings were fresh. Had a great taste and a good portion. Fries were pretty good too!
Cashier was nice. Waitress was nice, too. Definitely a family-oriented joint. My only nitpicks are that the coke machine is kept a little high up. Not a great position for it with all the lil old ladies I saw there. And it’s a quiet place. Which is great for quiet dining. But not if you’re looking for a super bustling atmosphere.

Great hole in the wall. Staff is patient and friendly. Got the shrimp po boy. It was great. Very balanced sandwich not too heavy. I’d definitely come back to try more of their menu next time I’m in Baton Rouge
