We arrived at Goodland’s during the brunch menu and ordered the Dixie Dip, which was very good. After waiting about 45 minutes for the dinner menu, we ordered the pizza, corn dogs, cheese cries and brownie/cookie ice cream desserts.
I’d rate the corn dogs a 2 out of 10 — they were undercooked and had to be sent back to be remade. The pizza, on the other hand, was delicious and full of flavor. As for the desserts, they tasted like regular cookies with ice cream, so I’d give them and the friend 4 out of 10.
Overall, it was a nice environment, and our server was very friendly and attentive.

Checked this place out because of all the great reviews. Our server Noah was one of the genuinely most hospitable servers I have ever had with the best smiles we ended up only sharing the hush puppy appetizer because my son is a Mexican food fiend and there was a Chuy’s across the way. The brunch menu was well blended between breakfast and lunch options. Not sure why the restaurant has a Michigan banner hanging…

I’ve eaten at Goodland Pour House several times now and it’s become my go to place for pizza and chicken wings! I love all the beer options too and am excited to see the Flight option now.
Alyssa has been our server on several occasions and she’s awesome, hands down!!
Pizza and beer is a big motivator for me and Goodland Pour House is one of the best places in HSV to get both!

I’m usually not a thick crust pizza kind of girl, but I tried this one, it was really good, the only issue I had was the bottom of the pizza was not crisp like the edges, and the middle was a little doughy when you bit into the middle bite.
I will definitely go back and ask for it to be cooked a little longer or crisp the bottom more.
The lady at that was servicing the bar was really nice and the hostess was as well.

Our 1st time to get to visit did not disappoint for a weekend lunch. The food was spot on, but the service was attentive and friendly and prompt. A laid back vibe with enough tv’s to enjoy sports, but not too loud to enjoy a meal with friends either.

Place is absolutely . Honestly I would like 1 of everything on the menu. I see the pizzas are legit, but I didn’t get one on my first visit. However I did get a sammy to start. And it was absolutely incredible. The salmon burger fired on all cylinders. Also came with two giant almost as big as your hand pieces of bacon and the flavors were just on point. I highly recommend that. Also the sides I got tots animal style, like you get at In and Out but this tastfed better, especially with the bacon jam. And the libations, there are plenty, don’t expect this to be your average bar because you only find about three domestics out of almost 60 taps. There’s some really good options on the wall which I appreciate. Also pretty much the only place that I know of that has Martin House on tap. Service was good, always had what I needed, best believe I’ll be back to try that Detroit style pizza. Don’t sleep on this place.

First time visit here. Charlie, our server, was quick and attentive. She provided suggestions, one of which was ‘The Elwood’ which was a pot roast-style french dip. It was phenomenal. I will be definitely be back to try more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and experience at GPH! We had the dixie dip, house salad, and jerk chicken pizza. All of which were incredible. The food was all fresh, hot and tasty! The whole menu is creative and looks great. We were celebrating our anniversary and the manager even comped our dessert (apple dumplings) such friendly and attentive servers all around. Very clean. Many drink options. Our server was Tracy, she is also one of the owners, and she was so kind and helpful, it was like chatting with someone youd known a while. She even brought our leftover box outside to us when we forgot it. Thank yall so much. Will definitely be back!!

We stopped in on a weeknight just to try something different in town. The staff was immediately warm and welcoming, not the standard “you’re bothering me” attitude that you receive in other restaurants. Atmosphere was great, clean, and calm! Food was the showstopper though. I ordered the “high society” burger and it was easily the best burger I’ve ever had. My husband and son were both equally as pleased with their food as well. We spoke with the owner because he was actually present and he was so kind! The attitudes of the staff directly reflected the way they must be treated by their owners! Keep it up Goodland! Our community is lucky to have you here!

We were looking for a new place to eat and decided on this establishment. I arrived during their brunch hours and ordered off the brunch menu. I had the burger meal. The presentation along was amazing. I love a good burger, and I had high expectations. It didn’t disappoint. First bite, my taste buds were dancing. I loved potatoes. The crunchy ones were my favorite. We all enjoyed our meal and will revist when we are on that side of town.
