I walked in at 9.10pm. I’ve ordered and paid at 9.15pm. I’ve been told it had to be To-Go. I said I would like to eat it here don’t you guys close at 10pm? She didn’t make a comment. At 9.35pm they served my food in To-Go pizza boxes and they told me to eat outside. I said “I will be eating inside and I’m not here to spend $50 to eat out a Pizza box” they chose to refund me my money at 9.37pm. You tell me if they did not earned this review. Hopefully the owner will read this. The lady up front is very rude !

I have to start by saying that I had a slice of pizza and it was good. But I also ordered a sub (Wall St) that was mediocre at best. Basically a salad on a large hot dog bun. The local grocery store (you know who I mean) has far better sandwiches. I won’t be returning.

We got it via delivery. We got some wings and the Grandma’s pizza. They both arrived hot so that was great. The wings were so so but I thought the pizza was very good for delivery. It also worked really well as cold pizza the next day, so that was a bonus. Would get it again.

Read this, major concerns: I ordered a delivered scheduled for a 5:30 PM delivery. Right before 4pm the pizzas showed up. I called the store and they elected to come back and pick them up (this was a major red flag). When the delivery driver returned at 5:30 I inspected the pizzas and identified it was the exact same pizzas. They had delivered almost 2 hours earlier. Just to make sure I properly communicate, when they stated they were going to come back and pick up the pizzas and a concern that they might try to redeliver the same ones. I ripped a small piece out of each of the pizzas crust and took pictures.
At this point, I had to leave the party that was going on at my house and drive the pizzas to the store upon confronting Manager. He made excuses and said he had no idea that this had occurred. He then blamed it on the delivery driver, which we all know the delivery driver has no clue on what happens in the kitchen, nor would’ve had the ability to put the pizzas back in the oven to warm them back up.
This is a major concern. I need to speak to the management of this facility, and of this company in general. This action is not a major concern based upon the quality of service and food product, but I’m concerned about whether this follows the rules and regulations for a restaurant.
I will tell you one thing, I will not be eating at this facility, nor will I be ordering from this facility again.

I called and ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, the lady said I had called earlier, when I had not. I waited for a little over an hour and no one arrived. So I called them again to see where my order was and she said the delivery came to my address and didn’t see anyone. False. Everytime I order the delivery driver either texts me or calls me but this time they didn’t.
Long story short: over 2 hours later I finally received my pizza only to discover it was sausage (which I absolutely hate) and they forgot the parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes.

The store was extremely well kept and clean. The pizza was very good and my kids loved it. prices were decent and staff was friendly. i suggest calling ahead to order it can get busy. will definitely be back!
