I got a burger and fries from the lunch special, which was only $8.99. The meal I ordered was really good and so was the service, courtesy, and kindness from the manager (I’m assuming new) and the waitress. It was a lot of food for a great price, other maybe the tomatoes which were a bit off (not bad), everything was really good from the burger, down to the fries. Thank you. ✨

Everything online is incorrect about menu and prices. Also the fountain drink machine is completely infested with ants!! Disgusting place. When I told the girl about it, she said “yes”. That’s it. This place needs to be inspected, if there are ants in the soda machine, there are probably ants or something throughout the restaurant!

Didn’t know they changed owners… pizza was over cooked. Couldn’t eat the crust. Pizza tasted fine. Didn’t open the box to look before walking out. Figured new owners would be better than this.
Might go back, but next time look at my pizza before walking out. Partly my fault? No.

Worst place to get Italian in town. Everything was terrible. My spaghetti was so watery! It actually leaked out yet there was STILL a pool of liquid in the container after it leaked. My salad was terrible too. I paid 1.50 for cheddar and 0.75 for egg. I got HALF of an egg and a pinch of clumped up cheese. I ordered a brownie and it was cold, hard, and smelled like vegetable oil. Never ordering here again. Just got to Vic’s or literally anywhere else.

The service here needs significant improvement, particularly regarding wait times and communication. I placed my order at 6:40 PM and was told it would take 20-25 minutes. I arrived at the store at 7 PM, only to be told it would take another 10 minutes. However, I ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes in-store, which is absolutely unacceptable. I even considered asking for a refund.
If the store is experiencing delays due to high demand or other reasons, customers should be given accurate wait times to set proper expectations. This lack of transparency is frustrating. Furthermore, I noticed several other guests were also waiting excessively long for their food, which seems to be a recurring issue.
I haven’t tried the food yet, but I sincerely hope it’s fresh, and I’ll update my review after tasting it. Additionally, the staff’s attitude added to my disappointment—they weren’t apologetic, nor was anything offered to make up for the extensive delay. Overall, a very unhappy experience so far.

The two sandwiches were terrible, and the hamburger was so bad it wasn’t even edible—it was like rubber. Additionally, they added ketchup mixed with mayonnaise, despite it being supposed to be mayonnaise only. The onion rings were also cold.
We have eaten here many times, and while it always takes forever, this was by far the worst the food has ever been. Super unhappy.
Read through the reviews. The owner is not even responding to the bad ones. A good business owner would read their reviews and respond to them. I would recommend Vics right down the street. Real amazing Italian food.

Last night we were in a different town looking for somewhere local to eat and came across this place. When we went in it looked like they were closing down however they served us right away. The cook brought out the hot fresh pizza. I’m so glad we stopped there and my wife loved the pizza and the pizza pepperoni roll thing that I had was delicious as well. The crust was nice and crunchy , food hot and flavorful. Will definitely return and spread the word!

Whaddya want? It’s a pizza joint! We ordered a 16″ cheese and their 18″ Hawaiian which they make with bacon. New York style, with a delicious crust.
