Food is pretty decent. Pizza is great quality for the price, subs are okay, wings are pretty decent too. One gripe I have with this place though, and the reason why I’m leaving a review today, is because every time I’ve ordered from here, the lady that takes my order over the phone and gives me my food when I come to pick it up, always seems just straight up miserable and rude.
Like I work in the service industry too, it’s not a fun gig by any means, but some professionalism and just the *slightest* effort to at least *act* like you want to be there goes a long way to the customer, and that effort was not at all present, even slightly. Not sure if the lady is just consistently having bad days when I order specifically, or if her manager sucks so her attitude reflects that, no idea. The food is definitely miles ahead of the customer service, but that’s not too high of a bar.

The worst pizza fries and wings I’ve ever had in my life the mild wings I ordered sauce was thick as barbecue it was terrible the fries was under cooked and the cheese was not cheese it looks and tasted like milk and flower and the extra large pizza I ordered suppose to be well done on top of that the pizza was so thin I ordered a xtra large regular pizza why the heck was it so thin this place is beyond worst I recommend you never eat from there only time to eat they food if your drunk and your desperate to eat anything they didn’t even try to accommodate me what’s so ever

Great place to grab a bit to eat. I got the chicken salad and it had a ton of grilled chicken on it which was really delicious. My mother adored the onion rings and, my sister loved the gooey cheesy pizza. Prices were very reasonable, & bartender was nice, would come again 🙂

Long Review: Ordered a large white broccoli pizza, an italian sub, and chicken fingers and fries. All 3 were underwealming. The pizza crust was flimsy, not crispy whatsoever, and the cheese had a questionable after taste. We were not a fan of the breading on the chicken tenders and the french fries were also flimsy and not cooked enough. The sub was drowned in Italian dressing, but tasted decent. Overall, a disappointing meal that my fiancé and I regret ordering.

1. Its a middle of a snow storm and i still gave them my business, so i order fries with cheese and chilli, they literally gave me what they say seasoned ground beef, that is there chilli, how arw u advertising plain ground beef as chilli??? Then i order honey mustard wings, one the wings dont even look like they are throughly cook and it literally tangy sauce, i called and they said that is their chilli and that is there honey mustard wings, aint offer to fix the food a refund, nothing, Sad but no longer be spending my money there which i always order the rice and chicken or the ground beef sub, but no thank you

After one hour Waite and still nothing done. It is now 1:30am and still no call back no food replaced. I called at 12:45am after ordering at 11:45pm and they said on way and I get this dry chicken and mashed tatters-and now u can see not replace nor anyone helping last time I order. I now last place you order late but look at meal.

Ordered a 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 mushroom large pizza online. Online said it will be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up in 25 minutes, waited until it was my turn and picked up my pie.. got home with in 10 minutes and its stone cold. Either get the minute wait more accurate or get rid of the online ordering . Spoke to the “manager “ and was met with, him over-talking me and telling me how he made this pie.. I know this day and age, situations like this can’t be handled properly, so the alternative is never purchase another food product from Good fellas ever again.. and make it a point to spread the word!!

Ordered doubled stuffed steak and cheese puzza food was delivered me amd my 2 kids grabbed a slice I took a bite and before I could say to my son don’t eat it he did they sent sausage and cheese. He’s allergic to sausage had to use epi pen now on his way to er.
