I placed an order at 7:45 pm called at 8:40 pm to see if my order was on its way, I was told the driver just left the store with it, called back at 8:55 p m when the driver still hadn’t arrived from 4 minutes awaw only to find out that the driver had two deliveries ahead of mine. So now my order is an hour and ten minutes old and I still dont have food, i told them if the food was cold when it got here I was not paying for it. I would send it back. She said, well, you can do what you want. When I expressed my concern about my meatball parmesan sandwich being cold, I was told that it was kept warm while waiting. When I expressed my concern about the length of time this has taken, I was told.Well, I didn’t start making your food an hour ago. Customer service is horrible at this place not to mention after placing my order, I was called back by them to ask if I wanted a second salad because it didn’t come with the order I had placed. Only to find out that the girl taking my order didn’t even have that right. So had she not called asking about the second salad. Then, my order would have been made wrong from the beginning. The complete order was a meatball parmesan sub, a spaghetti dinner with salad and blue cheese dressing and a chicken parmesan dinner with a salad and house Italian. When the woman called back, she had my order as a meatball parmesan sub.A spaghetti dinner and an eggplant parmesan sub which I don’t know how she got that because that was never mentioned, hence the confusion about the second salad. Food has finally arrived at 9:15 PM. It was warm, but it was definitely not hot.But because i’m hungry, and i’ve waited so long.I paid for the food. This was my first time and my last time never again will I order from here.

That’s not a Calzone, now this, is a Calzone.
Ordered over the phone a couple hours ahead of time, putting in for a dozen Garlic Knots, a “small” salad with House Italian, and a Fried Calzone with Onion, Mushroom and Peppers. All together coming to a very acceptable price tag of a little over $24.00.
When I got home and opened it all up I was astounded by the sheer size of the Calzone, it was like they took a medium pizza and just folded it in half. Woof, that was a lot of cheese. Sadly I did go with the fried option, because I though that’d make the dough crispy, but instead it had a texture more inline with carnival fried dough. The Garlic Knots were, stupendous, lightly crunchy with a good soaking in the garlic butter to give them rich flavor. Probably my favorite part of the meal. As for the salad, well, I don’t know if it was the house Italian or what, but the salad was strangely sour. The dressing also seemed at first brush to have zero flavor, just an extremely simple olive oil and vinegar blend with a few spices, so I was left befuddled as to why it was as off-putting as it was. Also, they weren’t kidding when they listed the “small” salad as serving for 2-3, can’t imagine what the large looks like.
All in all this meal was very very filling for a very reasonable price, the people I did interact with were friendly (or adorable in the cashier’s case), but the lack of crunch from the Calzone and the sour salad leaves me subtracting a star. Still, a great local joint that easily beats out the chain pizzerias.

What a terrible experience. First time ordering. Thought why not try it out. First they tell me 35-40 mins wait to pickup. No biggie. We get there and are told to wait another 15-20mins. Again no big deal. Get our order go home and it’s wrong. I ordered 2 Italian subs with mayo, order of chicken fingers and a steak sub. I got my order of chicken fingers, steak sub w/ chips (should’ve been fries). And the biggest let down 2 Italian WRAPS. I called them to let them know and they tell me fries don’t come with steak subs although that’s what their website says. And that my ticket says wraps not subs. Not going to argue I just say that’s fine I’ll just never order from there again. Go to eat my wrap that I have no choice but to eat and it has jalapeno peppers on it. I NEVER asked for jalapeno peppers. It’s obvious my order was messed up. Thanks for selling me food I can’t eat. Needless to say we won’t be back.

From the menu that’s advertised I ordered a 6 cut cheese..$8.50. 2 12pc wings at 10.50 a piece..$21.00. I see the receipt and it’s a little under $50 for the whole order. Called the store asking for prices and apparently the chicken jumped up to $16. Even with that the amount is less than what I was charged smh. The pizza sucked and my mild wings tasted like to much hot pepper flakes drowned in a sweet sauce it was gross. DO NOT ORDER!!! *call fresh basil or Joe’s!!!*

Had dinner in the place last night. We always enjoy the pizza but this time decided to also get the garlic knots and a large salad. The house salad was big, with freshly chopped lettuce and delicious toppings. Enough for 3 hungry people. The knots were perfect. Now I want more thinking about them! Friendly service also.
