I started eating goodcents in Manhattan for work.
I now live in Topeka and I drive out of my way to go to this place.
1st visit, the sub was made in front of me, I got it quickly it was great.
2nd visit, two hours before close and the doors were locked because they were cleaning inside, I pull up to the window a fella says he will take my order then walks away. Sat there for 7 min with multiple people walking around inside, and no one making food or taking orders so I left
3rd visit was today. $14 sandwich, was asked to wait as they make it in the back. 30 min later I just left.
So many cars had come through the drive through and were in and out, but since I had the audacity to go inside I was 3rd priority after the drive through and online orders.
I’ll never go back to a topeka goodcents.
Oh and to top it all off one of the workers was bitching really loudly about how she refuses to do prep work cuz her shoulder hurts and about how she can’t do dishes because she has a skin condition that causes her skin to fall off so all of her skin is going to contaminate the dishwasher. That’s one of the people making your food, enjoy your skin flake sandwich if you ever actually receive it

Haven’t had Goodcents in probably 15 years, however when o was home visiting family, I decided I wanted one. The second it hit my mouth, it took me back in time. Good sandwich!

Fantastic!!! Staff was awesome. i called in 4 sandwiches, multiple directions, and separate orders as i was delivering these to separate locations. They exceeded my expectations 🙂
But wait there is more… I’ve probably been back 4 times since this original post. They haven’t let me down yet! My last purchase was a party box of sandwiches! The food was great! Presentation was awesome! I bought this for convenience and it didn’t disappoint! I have no interest here. I just REALLY appreciate good customer service and a good fresh product.
BTW they had assembled this sandwich box just before I got there so it wasn’t what I would have ordered as far as sandwiches but it was still awesome.

Is an order of meatballs only 2 meatballs? This was after I heard the employee in the back griping about how she’d have to unfreeze them. Sorry for the inconvenience. Also ordered a penny club & all it had on it was shreds of turkey- not even full slices. Shreds. My dogs didn’t even seem interested in the tidbits of turkey, and that says something.

I called yesterday to see if they could fix me the box 12 sandwiches. It was short but the manager at the store said yes he could do it. We went to pick it up and the guy mng. Robbie was super sweet and kind. I appreciate you doing this on such short notice. Food was great also. You are the bomb and we will be back. Thank You again!

Whoever managers this place needs to hire more people. Going through the drive thru means a 20 minute wait at a minimum. I’ve watched 3 cars give up and leave after getting tired of waiting for so long. It’s been like this the lady 2 times I went and now I definitely won’t be back.

We like the food, but the service has been extremly bad the last few times we tried the drive thru. We waited 15 min. with 1 car between us and the speaker… and 1 car at the window… they finally took the order of the speaker car and it advanced. Then took almost 10 min to place our order… waited for 25 min behind the car at the window so we left… got hog wild drive thru.. came back and that car was still at the window
