I grew up going to the Goodcents on Shawnee Mission Parkway and switched to this location after I moved. I was relieved to find the quality was just as good, if not better! The staff is always friendly and upbeat, and the positive energy here really stands out. I’ve been consistently happy with the food and service. Ownership does a great job at delivery a quality experience all around.

I ordered a sandwich and saw the kid turn the dial for meat thickness to apparently the thinnest possible. There was NO meat. Should have ordered a veggie sandwich instead.
Had issues when new owner took over on orders but got better and now horrible. So much on ” we give more meat” won’t be back.

Came in at 854 pm when they close at 9, yes im that guy and they got me served un record time..and their customer service was so on point.
It was a suprise that they closed at 9 on a friday night. They explained reduced hours due to staffing and covid.

Every since the new domestic owner and foreign staff took over, the sandwiches have all become veggie lovers. I used to go here and the meat was piled on…now my toppings over shadow the meat. Im not going there anymore…I’ll continue to take the drive to jersey Mike’s or Firehouse. We need to boycott until its back americanized.

I ordered ahead in the app and the subs were ready when I arrived. I spoke with the person at the register and they were friendly helping me. My family was beyond impressed with the bread, both white and garlic pepper; so soft and light! The meat was flavorful & balanced (we got a combination of proteins). The cheese and veggies were insanely fresh.
