I think I might have been the first customer. I believe I got the leftover bread from the day before and I noticed, bread was not up to par. About the only complaint I have but I believe your bread is what makes it stand out. It’s obvious that bread freshness is important to the experience.

Came in at 7:55 (which as a former sandwich artist I hate goin places right at close). But the young fellow workin behind the counter still made my food with a smile an care. I also apologized for coming in right at close (cuz again I always hated that) an he said it was fine if they were frustrated with me they didn’t make it seem like it so kudos to that young man who was workin on 8/16 at 7:55

I had the roasted chicken footlong just with chips $10.37. Its a great sandwich but meat to bread ratio sucks. Reminds me of jimmy johns with a softer bun. Overall better then JJ subways still beats them with quality.

I work down the street from this location and, usually order 1 or two times a week. I use the mobile app, which makes everything so easy. My order is always correct and always ready by the time promised. Definitely recommend this location!

I always go to this one because it’s near my house, but I will definitely make the drive to a different location every time I come in here more than 4+ times it’s always been an issue with something. The three girls that run. The front are always so rude and uninterested always have AirPods and or ignore me until they finish their conversation, I had a coupon, but they cannot seem to figure out how to use it. It used to be ran great and was always clean with great staff, but the new people who took over have made me not want to come back even after giving them multiple chances. Floppy made sandwiches they’re just trying to get it done so that they can go back to their conversation. I told them my boyfriend had an onion allergy after she put onions on there when I didn’t even say onion. But she probably couldn’t hear me because of the AirPod in her ear she then threw the meat and everything off the sandwich and put the meat right back on without even changing the bread. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this place has me heated. I’m done giving them chances. Just sloppy

Best Goodcents in the area, EASILY. The employees make the sandwiches perfectly and follow all little nitpicky specifications I like. Ingredients are always fresh and the people are always cool. I moved 30 minutes away and I still make the drive to get the best Goodcents sandwich the KC area has to offer. Keep up the good work!!!
