This is the worst sandwich I have ever had from Mr. Goodcents. I ordered a foot long and my bread was pieced together with whatever was available. The toppings I received 3 tomato slice very little lettuce and tons for mustard and mayo. While I was trying to order my food the girl kept answering her phone. I will never be back. They need to being the young man back that greeted you at the door and made for a great experience.

We walked into the restaurant and as we did, we woke one of the employees that was sleeping on one of the dining room tables. There were (2) female employees that assisted us and as they made our sandwiches they talked in a foreign language, seemingly about us, and gestured towards us as we stood waiting. We thanked them multiple times and they did not acknowledge us at all. The restaurant was filthy. Trash was overflowing behind the sandwich making counter, the counter where we paid was covered in dust and the back room/storage space (openly available for customers to see) was dirty and gross, again trash everywhere. I am shocked that this place hasn’t been closed down for health code reasons. Seriously, use caution when ordering food from this place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Mr. Goodcents location. They advertise being open until 9pm, but when I arrived around 8:45pm, I was told they couldn’t serve me because the machines were already shut down and they “had to clean.” We drove out of the way specifically because this is one of the few locations open until 9pm, only to be turned away before closing time.
To make matters worse, when I called to ask for the employee’s name, I was hung up on. That level of customer service is unacceptable. If you advertise being open until 9pm, customers should be able to expect service until 9pm. The employees here clearly need better training on customer service and respecting customers’ time. I won’t be returning.

The absolute worst experience we have had here. I couldn’t not understand the sandwich maker, I asked her 3 times about the sandwich of the day and still couldn’t understand.
I went ahead and just ordered sandwich, a 12 inch and 8 inch. All they had was, already cut, 4 inch sections and were attempting to use those. The meat and veggies were falling out and just looked horrible.
She asked me which type of cheese, I said Swiss, she pointed at the sandwich abs said cheese, I said Swiss again she then said touched the sandwich and said cheese, I raised my voice slightly and said Swiss, she then got it.
I asked for green peppers and she put black pepper. Then put so much mustard (more then the mayo even) that it looked inedible.
At that point I said I’m leaving and walked out

Just wanted to share my experience with this Goodcents.
My coworker and I visited this place yesterday and it made our day. The gentleman behind the counter was happy, personable, and just put a smile on everyone’s face. I heard him call his regulars by their names. I heard him ask each person how their day was and it was said with genuine affection. He laughed, he smiled, and his good nature was contagious among everyone who he encountered. There aren’t many places that have that kind of atmosphere anymore and to go into a business when you’re on lunch and you are greeted with that kind of vibe, is rare. He put a smile on our faces and that’s how you bring people back to your establishment. Thank you for being a blessing to all you meet.

This place acts like they are forced labor. sloths could serve customers faster. Refuse to eat here ever again and we love mr goodscents, but their service ruins it completely. Avoid this location to protect your sanity!

I come to this location several times a week because the food and the service is EXCELLENT! TONY is so personable while making the sandwiches and his enthusiasm is contagious! The other staff is just as nice and I’m thankful for them, as well. If you are looking for an uplifting lunch, I promise that I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Keep up the great work!!

The sandwich was perfection. The staff is what separates this Goodcents from the others. The guy making my sandwich was dancing while making my order. He was such a positive person. He asked me if anyone told me I was awesome today, and made sure to emphasize that I matter in this world. Little did he know, I really needed that encouragement today. The world needs more people like him. He made my day! He made my week!

I’m sorry but the past year we’ve ordered sandwiches and EACH time they get it wrong!! Yes, I ask myself, why go back? Mainly be I love cheese subs and they are about the only ones who make them. Honestly , how difficult is it to follow an app order that asks for white bread, cheese, olives and banana peppers. Not difficult I would think. Get the subs home – not a white sub bun but a wheat one. Maybe 5 olives on the entire sandwich and if I look hard enough maybe I’ll find one or two peppers. NEVER AGAIN!!! I will find another location because this one has gone to hell.
