My family has been ordering from this location for 8+ years. We mostly do online orders for in store pick up and it was great every time. Never had any issues or missing items until our order this evening. We didn’t receive the kids alfredo that we ordered. The subs were fine, but the mac and cheese was absolutely awful. I don’t know how they thought it was okay to serve and for $6.99 at that!

JUST ANOTHER RESTAURANT THAT CANT GET YOUR ODER RIGHT!
Ordered a 12 inch tuna with some fixings and TWO different kinds of mustard in case they didn’t put enough on…
Clearly, you can see all I got was the wet squirt out of the mustard bottle, and there’s no spicy mustard .
Barely any tuna as well. I did my best with photos. I’m actually shocked. I also asked for it to be cut in the quarters.
When I called the store to let them know the issue, The guy was rude and wanted me to bring my sandwich back and show me the cameras where his employee put three scoops of tuna on there…all I wanted to do was call and inform them so they could improve, yet I got the typical “we didn’t do anything wrong” response.
SECOND TIME IVE HAD TO CALL THEM AND INFORM OF ISSUE! Frustrating!

Food was excellent and fresh. A female employee was very nice and quickly corrected my mobile order. You could tell she was just coming on shift when I got there. Whoever made my sandwich did so with wheat bread instead of white bread. But she took care of it and offered me an additional cookie for the mistake.
Atmosphere I put at 1 star because there was a pet dog in the store. This was not a service animal either. Last I knew, it is a health code violation to allow pets inside restaurants. But none of the employees said anything.

Do not go here they are rude if you ask for extra vegetables they try to charge you extra for them a fly flew on my sandwich and the man still wanted to wrap it up and sell it to me like nothing was wrong

I ordered online at 10:13am for pickup at 12:30. I walk in at 12:30 and my order isn’t even started. I just waited 10 minutes for them to cook it. No sorry or anything.
