First time ordering a hot sandwich from here. I usually stick to cold turkey. This is what I got, sauce slop, no cheese despite having asked for cheese and about 3 pieces of chicken in the entire thing. I bit into it, and it just s quished flat. I opened it up and found this mess. I was wondering why the cashier took the receipt off the bag and handed it to me without it, my guess is because they didn’t include cheese. Silly, though, I used the app and have the receipt in there. The bag was also crumpled, the napkins inside were crumpled into balled and the sandwich itself looked like it had been opened and re rolled up. It was also squished.
I usually go here on my lunch break once a week or so, but I think I’m done. Shame. Had to throw it out my sandwich which left me with nothing to eat for lunch.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, cookies and chips online for pickup on a Monday night. Order was 100% correct and ready when I arrived. Hot sandwich was hot when I picked up and remained hot when I got home. Very well done and will order again.

I have never been this angry at a food place. I was trying to order my food and was ignored multiple times by the young lady and the older lady that was working the counter. My so had to speak up and say hey she’s trying to order her meal. While I was ordering my food it wasn’t even made right I asked for pickles and ended up with both cucumbers and pickles and she literally tossed my salad bowl together. I can’t have that much bread due to my chronic illness. This place is just awful, rude staff will never be coming back to this location.

Really good sub! Amazing service the staff is incredibly kind and the food was so good. Also the chocolate chip cookies are a must. The chocolate milk is good too.

Well they got my order feel they shorted me on portions but I’m more upset they ignored my girlfriend and kept talking to me instead of serving her till I said something. There was 3 people in front of you and you served 2 and ignored the 3rd not cool in this day and age and you didn’t get her order correct either.
