I have no issue with management, but cannot say the same for the ataff. Lately food has gone bad and you only findout when they are about to serve it. Run out of key meats or foods then try to say they have it afterall when trying to leave. Staff are lazy and also noticed the place has lost a lot of customers since a key person left the company.

Sandwich was good. Would have been a lot better if it was made correctly when I ordered it 2.5 hours ago. It is really frustrating to pay $14 for a sandwich to be made incorrectly and the only option is to drive back to the store and have it remade. I am a busy parent and don’t have time to load my kids in the car and drive back. Next time I’ll make sure to micro manage the staff and double check my entire sandwich before leaving to make sure I get what I paid for. Other solutions could include:
1. Improving the kiosk system so that customizations are more clear to the employee.
2. Improving employee training on reading and executing tickets from the kiosk.
3. Not allowing employees to have their small minor children behind the counter eating from the sandwich prep bar with no gloves near a dangerous meat slicer. It is probably a bit distracting. And also against health code.
I love businesses that support parents and caregivers. But perhaps having children stay in the office or seated in a booth would be more appropriate than at the sandwich prep station.

This Goodcents is in serious need of more staff and it shows. All other Goodcents around this area have over 4 stars, and this is a low 3. I went the other day and there were two people working who said they’ve been frantically busy all day, and they were scrambling to make subs while running out of the gross ingredients they had to work with. Meanwhile, the Goodcents at 151st and Mur-len have 4-5 people working at any given time. This was the first and last time I’ll eat at this Goodcents.
Note to the owner: You can’t just throw money at opening a business and then skimp on the employees. Goodcents is a good investment, but you’re ruining this one.

I’ve ordered on the app and the kiosk in the restaurant. Each time my order was made correctly and on time. Staff is friendly and this location is convenient for me.

We ordered through the Kiosk while the store was empty, a few people walked in after we placed our order and they were all helped before our food was made while we were being ignored by the staff. It took over 20min to get 2 sandwiches when there was no line in front of us when we came in. Then when the food was finally done they gave me the wrong sandwich.

I like the the food sandwiches are soo nice. I went for lunch food was Awesome and had a good sanitary standards. I want to mention this cause my sandwich maker saw her friends she shooks her hand with gloves after she changed before handling food .which I had to remind in most of other sandwich places .
