Horrible service everytime I go but especially tonight… as my Sandwhich was being made I watched the women that was making my Sandwhich drop a whole ball of turkey on the ground I watched her pick it up and place it right back where she got it from meaning she was still going to serve it to who ever came in next.. I then went to ask if they would throw the meat away which they stood there and acted like they didn’t understand me. they are violating so many sanction rules it’s not even funny. The owner really needs to get some new employees because this is not the first time i will be calling corporate this place is in horrible need of new staff. The manager too! Very rude, never friendly,

They aren’t friendly here. They refuse to give extra pickles. AND the old man stares at me while I’m trying to eat. Creepy. Goodcents is good but this one is ummm not my favorite. My husband and I had our first meal together here though so I guess we go back for nostalgia. ♀️ also it’s the closest one to where we live.

I placed an order for delivery through Door Dash. My sandwich was not made how I ordered it. I called the store and the lady that answered the phone told me that she made the sandwich and the items were on the sandwich. But they were not! She told me to contact Door Dash about my problem. But Door Dash did not MAKE the sandwich. While trying to discuss the problem, she hung up on me!

This place has gone downhill over the years. My husband and I visited and observed several sanitary issues. The gentleman that was making our sandwiches was coughing (with a congested cough) without making any attempts to cover his mouth. The counters were also filthy. Both employees were going back and forth from the back with the same gloves on retrieving more supplies or refills of sauces and condiments and opening and closing the fridges. Not to mention we were in there for 20 minutes just for 2 sandwiches. We ended up paying but by the time we got to our car we were so grossed out we ended up tossing out everything and going elsewhere. I don’t recommend if you care about how your food is prepared

The absolute worst Goodcents in the Midwest! Store smells absolutely terrible, the toppings are not fresh and bread dry and old. Only thing worse is the employees. Employees are also family of owners and penny pinch every down to cleaning. I even tried to use my free sandwich from my goodcents app and was denied service here. Spend the extra 5 mins and drive to another location!!! Lee Summit location is my new home.

Great sandwiches, but the owners are a bit strange. They seem to always be staring at you with a disapproving gaze and they aren’t very sociable or talkative. Plus the restaurant is in pretty shabby condition. Things just piled here and there with a food counter just smack in the middle. Definitely a get your order and go elsewhere to eat kind of situation.

Nasty store. Flies and fruit flies everywhere. Help was very rude. Didn’t eat there told the help I didn’t want the food after I saw all the fruit flies. The veggies were dry. It’s disgusting. The help didn’t even hold the door for me.

Went in tonight to get something to eat. There was an older couple and one man in line in front of me. 20 minutes later I still haven’t been acknowledged as even walking into the store, another woman walks in behind me, apparently she had a to go order so that took priority over the person that was actually there standing in line. After getting tired of waiting and now some woman gets to go ahead of me, I walked out. My time is as valuable as anyone’s. As I’m walking out I’m finally acknowledged as the man making the sandwiches yells at me. He was extremely rude and I will never go back. This location has lost a customer for life. Too bad been going there for 20 years. Not anymore!
Did I mention the place is filthy? Yeah, it is. Take a good look around.

Went into Mr good sense on a day that was 98 degrees heat index of 101 degrees to buy some water. The man behind the counter refused to sell me a cup of water because I walked to the store. I was stopping at 3 locations nearby and had left my car to walk instead. I was horrified for a the people who don’t have a vehicle and are on foot. To nut be able to get a basic necessity such as water is pretty disgusting. What a bad business. I would never support a business such as this one. The subway across the street happily gave me some water btw. Place was filthy also
