Very, very delicious sandwiches! The (I believe) manager is great! The teenagers working were pretty loud with their judgements of others and the cussing. I know it isn’t a fine dining restaurant, but with how disrespectful some of the behind the counter comments are about other human beings – we won’t bring our kid here and we’d recommend others to be cautious of it as well. Teenagers will be teenagers, but making fun of previous customers while you’re still standing in the front of the restaurant is blatantly wrong.

I ordered catering for a work event, and Goodcents went above and beyond for me! Everything was packaged perfectly, every item was correct, portions were perfect, and the employees were incredibly helpful. Everyone at my work was singing their praises all day over the quality of food. I can’t thank these employees enough for the amazing lunch they put together!

You guys HAVE to do better about the quality going out the door. As always, your sandwiches are delicious, but EVERY time I order something is either missing or instructions are not followed. This happens in person and online. Missing toppings, sandwiches cut when asked not to (again, this even happens in person), and sometimes extra toppings that I don’t want. Nothing irks me more than ordering something and it is missing something, which unfortunately, is inevitable at this location. The last 6-8 times I’ve ordered, something has been incorrect.

visited this location for lunch on 4/5/2025 at 1330 the first time after returning from overseas and a deployment. I took my wife and three kids for lunch, hoping for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, I was left feeling disappointed.
I requested a larger water cup to avoid multiple trips for refills, but was charged for a regular cup. When my wife suggested making it a combo, I was still charged for another cup. With 10 employees present and the restaurant being nearly empty, the lack of attention to customer service was surprising.
As a 6’6″, 240 lb person, getting up 15 times to refill a tiny water cup was not ideal. I expected better professionalism and service. I hope they can improve in the future, as this experience did not meet my expectations.

This is the first time we went to this good cents location.
Everybody was super busy they got our sandwiches out fast, and good cents has such amazing bread and good food that I actually crave them.
Unfortunately we don’t have one locally where we live, so the only time I can go to a good cents is when we are traveling.
Because of good cents I no longer wants or desire to ever want to go to Subway.
Good cents you need to buy out Subway okay your food is way better!!
The employees at this establishment were so great so friendly I really liked them, and I was just super excited to finally get the spicy steak sub with the garlic pepper bread. Oh my God, it is so good!!

Absolutely shameful. Used to come here for sandwiches, hot pastas, and soup sometimes. Now, if you want pasta, it is not hot. You must select it from a cooler they have set up, then nuke it in a single microwave. Definitely not equipped for a busy lunch crowd. if I wanted something that you go into a microwave, I would have stopped at the grocery store and not here. They even refused to make a fresh positive for me. Either nuke it or forget it. Now it’s only one step up from gas station food.

I have been eating here for the last 10 years, and I have been satisfied every single time. The ingredients are fresh, and service is top notch. We are blessed to have this sandwich shop here in the community.
