I’ve never had a problem here except for today, got home from ordering my food to-go and discovered my soup cup was only half filled. Double check everything before you leave I guess, I definitely didn’t get $4 worth of soup

I love this place, but it’s starting to be ran down hill. They are out of half the menu most of the time anymore. I hope it’s not true but I wonder if they aren’t having money problems. They are priced right, have great food, but you can’t be out of half your menu (or bread – how does a sandwich shop run out of bed?) by lunch and expect to be in business long.

The guy that made my sandwich was nice… but since they dropped the Goodcents franchise its basically fallen apart. I dont see how they can last much longer… and thats sad because Goodcents was great.

Since becoming STL subs, this place has just gone downhill. Everytime that I’ve been here it’s been a bunch of teenagers not working, but messing around. The bread is terrible. The toaster was broken for weeks, not sure if it still is because I haven’t been back. Goodcents was good, not really sure why you would switch away from that.
