To be honest, They are taste like grocery store doughnuts to me bc of the bread smells same as grocery stores one.
Also Ube cream doesn’t taste like Ube or custard cream.
I’m sorry but I prefer “The Flour Box” doughnut in south Seattle.
Maybe I expected too much for food truck food.

If you like donuts, sweets, or Hawaiian-style malasadas — or just want to support a small, passionate local business — GoodBelly LLC stands out as one of the best dessert-food-truck experiences near snohomish or Everett area . The freshness, variety, and care put into each order make it worth the wait.
It may not replace a full meal spot (unless you’re strictly there for dessert), and you’ll want to plan ahead for lines or early sell-outs — but overall, GoodBelly delivers a delightful treat that I’d happily come back for.

The ube, coconut, and chocolate filled malasadas were great. The guava mochi-sadas were some of the best donuts I’ve ever had. Service is friendly and quick.
Edit: Also tried the plain malasadas and matcha mochi-sadas. Amazing.
Edit 3/23/25: The Dubai chocolate malasadas and strawberry mochi-sadas are new favorites!

Every malasada is made to order and really good. You’ll get addicted!!!! I’ve gained weight because I’ve been eating malasadas every week. I love their food! Great people working there too~ 12/10 I would give them a million stars if I could. Check out their instagram or facebook for their flavors of the week and their locations + times.

The donuts are really the best you can get outside of Seattle. My daughter and I have fun sharing these together and exploring the flavors. My favorite are the rotating flavors, there’s always something to try! I love the updated size options too.
I always feel better after purchasing these hand-made donuts. They don’t leave you feeling as heavy as your store-bought variety. Alice is sweet, she always throws in an extra for us. It’s always such a joyful experience.

40 minute wait for 3 donuts. Wasn’t worth it. No line to order. Only 5 or 6 people waiting before us for their orders. Still took 40 minutes to get the donuts. A heads up would have been nice.

This is my first time trying them and I will say they did not disappoint. I tried all the flavors they had available this week. (The flavors do change) Raspberry-Guava Cream, Bavarian Cream, POG and Plain. They were all very good and they did not hold back on the filling.
They were made fresh, the wait time was only a few minutes. I will definitely be back I cant wait to try more flavors.
FYI I tried the Auburn location.

The malasadas are absolutely amazing! My favorite are the ube flavor but they are all so great it’s hard to choose! I recommend checking out their social media for locations and times and flavors as it changes all the time since it’s a food truck.

So glad they’re in Auburn now! Got the ube and chocolate filled malasadas. Do yourself a favor and eat them right when you get them. The ube cream is light and flavorful and compliments the malasada well. The chocolate cream is decadent and rich and is super filling. Excited to keep stalking-I mean following them for their other flavors!

We’ve seen a few videos about this dessert truck. We are happy we finally got to visit them. Apparently, the owners recently came back from visiting Thailand. When we got here, there was already a line. It was definitely worth the wait. The staff was nice, and the vibe was nice as well.
We got a half dozen order. 3 use filled and 3 Bavarian filled. Omg…lol it’s problem.
Safe to say, we’ll definitely have to get more in the near future 🙂
