Looooooove Good Wood! For someone who is extremely picky when it comes to the structural integrity of a slice of pizza, Good Wood holds up. 9″ personal pan brick oven pizzas cooked to perfection in less than 15 minutes. Great spot for the family, date night, or just to chill and grab a beer.

Great little pizza place with kind of a hippie feel. Nice patio outback covered with fans and a few bar stools seating areas in the restaurant. The pizzas were fantastic probably the best I’ve ever had and the salad was also amazing very fresh. They have a cool concept of a whiteboard menu that you check off what you want on your pizza and turn it in.

Fantastic pizza. Crispy thin crust, fired up in an open flame oven. Their specialty pizzas are unique, a nice change from run of the mill pizzas. The create your own pizzas are as unique or basic as you want to make them. Great covered outdoor seating area, that’s even comfortable in the winter.

First time here. Perfect place for a custom pizza and a cold beer. Everybody there is very friendly and helpful. It looks small but the outside back area is big. Super nice too. The pizzas we had were outstanding! Priced just right too! I honestly can’t wait go back and try something different. Way to go Good Wood! I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area! We didn’t have 1 bite left. lol.

We saw online that the pizza of the month was Cheeseburger so we stopped in to eat one and it was really good. We sat on the back patio and were the only people back there. The atmosphere was relaxing and cozy. They have lights and heaters back there and we were very comfortable. My wife went inside to order so I didn’t see how much the inside had changed but the outside was pretty much the same.
The crust is slightly different than it used to be. It’s less crispy which might be by design.
Great spot to get a pizza and a beer. Definitely give it a try.

Ordered a pick up pizza at 2:43 pm. Picked up and paid at 3:08 pm. My pizza was sitting in the counter when I came into the store. I live 6 minutes away. I got home to a ice cold pizza! I would think they would try to keep it warm as they told me 15 minutes for pick up! I don’t know how much closer I could have been yet it was sitting on a cold counter! First time I habe ever ordered. Left a $5.00 tip and come home with a cold pizza! Dominoes tops you at least it is warm when you pick it up!

Walking in I felt very welcomed by staff. I told the girl at the counter it was my first time and she went over the menu and explained everything thoroughly. I did not feel rushed and felt comfortable taking my time. We tried the pizza on special which was fire. My son got a pepperoni and bacon pizza, also delicious. We had the spinach calzone which very good (Def looks nothing like the picture it was flat and not filled as much as your picture on here). 10/10 recommend.

It has been decades, and many states since I found a great pizza place. What makes this a 5-star? Great pizza, drink selection, snacks, parking, seating, and customer service.
I ordered the Margarita Special and added hamburger to the order. It’s a personal-sized pizza, but it hit the spot. The flavor is fantastic (I love the basil), and the crust is divine! The crunch on the edge of the pizza made it fun. I consider this a low-carb pizza, as it is a thin crust (saving calories, I am).
My choice of drink was a Peach Nehi.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself writing this as I ate my pizza in their outside, heated, covered, seating area (oh look! More parking!).
Trying to convince myself to get one to go.

Small, local pizza cafe in downtown Lincolnton. Open-air seating outside was nice with great heaters! Fast and friendly staff. Loved the pizza. We got a meat-lovers.
