Stopped in after Googling “protein shakes Mechanicsville” and was so glad I did! Great variety of products—protein shakes, energy teas, and iced coffees—with tons of flavor options for each. The shop is bright, clean, and super cute, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. I tried the Peanut Butter Overload protein shake—so good! I’ll definitely be back.

I was fortunate to be referred to this lovely place as I hadn’t realized what it was all about. Talk about refreshing and walking into smiles/conversations. I struggle at times to get all my protein in for the day and I’ve now found a new avenue in doing so and to top that the drinks are delicious. I’ll be back.

Good Vibes in Mechanicsville Va is so amazing! The shakes are delicious and so filling, and the teas boost my energy level. I am so happy they are finally open! The flavors she has to choose from are wonderful and I could never get sick of what she has to offer. I have to say it’s a complete meal substitute as well. Don’t deprive yourself and stop in at least once, you won’t regret it I promise!

Cannot say enough good things about Good Vibes RVA!!! Susan surprises us with her speciality teas and shakes regularly, to keep it fun and yummy! I highly recommend the turtle cheesecake shake and the tropical twisted woman tea are two of my favorites!!!! Run don’t walk, you won’t be disappointed.
