Called my order in over the phone.
Crabs were ready within 15 minutes. Pricing was great. One dozen XL females for $60. The crabs were heavy and delicious only down side was 3 of the 12 were mushy and had to be thrown out.

I visited Good Times Crab House and purchased some Female Steamed Crabs. (Carry Out) Small Female Crabs and Large Males were the only sizes available at the time. I really enjoy Females the best, so I tried them out. They were small as stated, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The crabs tasted sweet. The staff member who waited on me,even replaced a Crab that was cracked on top.

I have visited this crab house several once it opened and never had a problem until a few weeks ago, I ordered medium female crabs to takeout, which was all they had. Got them home and found them to be smaller than usual and only two out of the six had claws and legs attached. I checked the bag for the other missing claws and they were not included. I returned to tell them of my discovery and that I paid full price for these crabs which includes all claws and legs. They were not apologetic, the manager didn’t address me one on one. I asked only that they replace those I returned. They were rude and upset and I returned a few words about the customer service I was receiving and the pushback on correcting their error. He then asked if I checked my order before leaving. I sarcastically replied,Oh right I should put my hands in a bag of steamed crabs to check for claws I got my replacement and before leaving, I said the original owners wouldn’t have acted this way and I told them that I will be sending a negative review of their poor performance and customer service!

I am very disappointed in Good Times Crabs. I’ve been going here since I moved to Baltimore a few years ago and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with them. It has definitely went down hill. The service was trash, the vibes and energy was as if they didn’t want to work. Very nonchalant, they just don’t care. The crabs were not flavorful, in fact each bite was gritty like I was eating sand and I purchased 4 dozen. I was baffled by the question, “how many did I eat” and after that I was told the crabs came from Delaware and they’d all taste the same so I can get a refund. I’m still very disappointed bc a refund isn’t what I wanted, I wanted fresh crabs that were properly cleaned but I’ll be looking for a new crab spot.

When I say I really love the crabs and the shrimp , I mean that. But lately the customer service has not been great. The cashiers act as if they don’t want to be there and seem to be highly annoyed. They need to take that energy somewhere else! I’m disappointed because I really would like to go back but this bad customer service has turned me away!

I am sooo disappointed! I spent $210 on 1.5 dozens of Jumbo crabs today. While the crabs look big they were extremely light & empty. The 2 that were heavy were mushy! I have been coming to this place for a few years, but have slacked off because it’s been very hit & miss lately. Same for my mother-in-law! I’m not sure I’ll return. $140 per dozen is a lot to be disappointed. I spent a total of $259 & got more like $100 worth of crabs! Do better guys!

3rd visit in 2 weeks this time Extra Large females big and meaty. Good polite service clean and professional. So far 2nd visit May 2022 not disappointed first time I got the extra large males and corn which is delicious 2nd visit the jumbo males they were heavy and meaty.. Very clean professional establishment. Pleasant atmosphere pleasant employees they get the job done.
