I used to love eating here, but from now on I’ll be checking my hamburgers before I leave the parking lot. This bacon looks disgusting and not edible. I remember their hamburger patty’s being fresh and delicious, this one was giving frozen hamburger vibes. Not worth $45 for three meals.

When only a # 15 (Chicken Tenders, Sweet Potato Fries, small Lemonade) is ordered… and ALL the fries are burnt and ALL 5 pieces if chicken are WAY over fried and missing more than half of the breading… The hands that passed that out to a customer really screwed up.

Food was mad fresh and given to us quickly but seating area and restaurant is very dirty. You can tell windows and floors have not been cleaned in a while, seeing as there is several hand prints on windows and spilled food on floors. Workers were vaping in the kitchen area and had headphones in while taking orders, which was very disrespectful.

We stood in the lobby for 5 minutes and the kid on the fryer with the headset made eye contact with my husband and myself at least 4 times and not once acknowledged that we were there. Decided that the 3 that were working didn’t really want our business as the drive thru had 3 customers. I guess that was too many to greet a dining room customer. Like Popeyes at prairie center, we will never be back.

Among fast food restaurants, Good Times is better than half. The fact that the young men working there when I went inside were not only polite, they were also friendly, a rare thing nowadays among youth fast food employees. When I was ordering my meal, I mentioned it would be pretty good if they had an option where you could add an egg on top. The man said, “We can definitely do that. I do that on my own”. Imagine my surprise!

It is 9:30 am when I got my good on Mon Oct 17 and there was a woman and a couple of cooks. Well I plainly ask for 2 breakfast burritos and got 3 and charged. She told me my order was 6 bucks too cause each would be 3 bucks. If anyone wants to eat here, just make sure you repeat yourself twice and have them read your order back. The lady seemed tired too so idk maybe manager’s need to make sure they’re employees get sleep. Also I don’t appreciate when she told me there’s nothing they can do. I better hope fo4 a free custard or something when I talk to the manager cause this was great food, bad service tho
