I dont mind waiting for good food, but this was crazy. I ordered 2 meals, I got no French fries and 3 things I didn’t order. I got 3 burgers instead of 2, and all 3 didn’t have guacamole like I had ordered. I didn’t ordered the jalapeño poppers, but that and the chicken strips I didn’t order were actually the best things in the bag. The lady also told me they “put a little something extra in thing bag for us”. I also, stupidly, didn’t ask for a receipt, but it was right around 5pm. Maybe an order got mixed up with mine, but either those burgers were super disappointing. I’d rather spend 30 dollars somewhere else.

We had a snafu with our poppers. After getting home we discovered they were missing. We called and was given to the manger. She was wonderful. Good customer service. She apologized, said we could come pick them up later AND to make it right, she gave us a second order for free. Taking responsibility and then going above and beyond. Excellent customer service, thank you!!

This place used to be consistently good(times:), unfortunately things aren’t so much in the past year or two. Not sure why, other than the dude who worked there forever when it was good, was no longer to be seen. Bummer the new management doesn’t have the same attention to detail.:(

Had lunch on Tuesday and the food was great, as usual. The service was excellent, considering. Honestly, you seriously need to hire some additional staff. It is stressful watching one person do everything in the store. Watching that one man juggle, what appeared to be every task was stressful. Completely ruined the entire atmosphere of your restaurant.

I have passed by this place several times and never gone as I just had a bad feeling about it. I guess I should’ve listened to that feeling. I have been hearing commercials about the spicy jalapeño popper burger and wanted to try it. I placed the order on the app And go to pick up my Order of the Limited time jalapeño popper burger and a side of jalapeño poppers and a peanut butter and jelly shake along with I was supposed to get free fries as that was one of the rewards that I had.

I get to this Fort Collins location And first off the guy That has the headset is deaf. I repeated that I was there for a pick up for James several times. He then asked me if I wanted a number six and then says go ahead and pull forward. I get to the window and this guy gives me some Excuse about how it was hard to hear me. Then he had me a bag and he immediately closes the window and goes and sits down on his phone. I let out a little chuckle and finally wave him back on over and told him that I also ordered a peanut butter and jelly shake and got a free order of fries. He proceeded to argue with me about how the machine was down and he couldn’t do anything. Telling me that I would have to fight it online. I asked for a manager and he gives me the line that all managers want to say “I am the manager “Finally apparently He learns that I ordered it on the app and not online and finds it in his system and refunds me. The only reason he did this though was because I told him I refuse to leave the drive-through line until I got my refund. He then asked me to pay for the burger. Why should I pay for something when I’ve already wasted so much time arguing with you About how you didn’t even give me my full order. Never even got my fries. How was it good service to immediately runoff to the table to get back on your phone? Why are you on your phone when you’re at work? Why are you lying to a customer Telling them that you can’t refund them? I will never be returning to a good times again. I only wanted to give them a shot over it like I said the new burger sounded good and Carl’s Jr. shut down in Fort Collins. Ridiculous horrible customer service!

This guy just kept playing dumb telling me that he didn’t know about my order and all this crap. Clearly you did because you handed it to me.

Update he didn’t actually refund me so I had to get ahold of customer support to get my refund! What a piece of trash! Will never have good times again. Horrible service!

I’m lost on how carl’s Jr. closed and this place still exists….

They were closing shortly but stayed open a gar but longer to insure my onion rings and delicious burgers were hot and fresh. They will be my choice for good hot food whenever I’m up in the Fort Collins area. For Sure

I’ve eaten here a couple times, and the burgers are great. With how expensive McDonald’s had gotten, this place is comparable in price with better quality and portions. The fries are great, too. I’ve also had exclusively positive interactions with the staff. Each person I’ve spoken with had been very friendly and helpful. I haven’t tried any other goodtimes locations, but this one is a winner.

Charlie K charged my card for someone else’s order, never apologized, and also cussed in front of me when he realized he charged the wrong order to my card. The manager also never apologized when she came over to assist him. On top of this, I had the longest wait time ive ever had followed by this. Won’t be returning and I hope yall improve your professionalism as that was unacceptable to do.

This location always makes worst food. I’ve had rancid guacamole, cold fries, overcooked fries, and today a double western slope burger with enough sauce to drown. I don’t know why I keep trying coming back here, I guess I just keep remembering my times eating at the boulder location where they actually do the good times thing and make good meals.

If you’re wrapping a burger and there’s a killer whale amount of sauce maybe you should remake it.

Our work got together to get Tues lunch, just because. the store was too busy to get inside so our office mgr ordered online and picked up the order. total was over $93. the mac & cheese cup was half filled, the sweet tato fries were also half filled but so overcooked they were inedible. the ranch/sauces requested were all missing as part of all the combos. the 3 guac burgers, one was missing it, the others? it was brown and tasted old/rotten. two of them were just thrown away. what a waste of money overall. refund is in order.
