I came in tonight after being curious about Goodtimes for awhile. I finally came in and seen the lobby was a bit gross, but I thought thats OK, maybe it has been busy. I went to order and was met with a teenage boy that helped me out. I have a bad stuttering disability so it took some time to order. After I got my order in I noticed some weird looks but im used to it. While waiting I overheard the teen laughing and it felt like they were laughing at me and my disability. When I got my food I heard them mocking my stutter in the back. They kept referring to him as Blake? It ruined my night to be quite honest. I won’t be returning and telling everyone I know as well not to come because of the way I was shamed with my disability. Very sad and offensive.

First the young Man with glasses messed my order up by making shakes instead of spoon benders like I I had ordered then shortly after he returned to correct it another young man with a bowl cut came to the window and proceeded to argue with me about what I had ordered only after his co-worker spoke up and after a little confusion did I finally get my spoonbenders perhaps a little more training in customer service for the young man with a bowl cut is in order. The food however was good we also ordered fries and they were hot and crispy and fresh the spoonbenders were well made once they were actually correctly made..

By far the filthiest fast food restaurant I’ve been to. We usually just go through the drive thru but I’m glad we went inside this time because I will never eat here again. A section of the floors were so dirty we were sliding on the tile. The drink station was so dirty and sticky with plastic containers holding dirty water on the floor. There were so many flies everywhere and spiders even eating flies in the window ledges inside the restaurant. The bathrooms were dirty with overflowing trashes and dirty walls.

The staff was friendly. I had my order fresh and hot about a minute after getting my soda. The onion ring where great crispy and very hot. The burger was hot as well. I enjoyed the meal. It’s not often that your food is hot and fresh. The all natural Coleman beef is great. I was to full and didn’t get the fried ice cream maybe next time. I had a good time at Good Times.

A tornado touched down very close to this location after I just ordered a sandwich. I saw the tornado forming in the distance when they handed me my food. I alerted everyone in the restaurant that there was a tornado nearby. I was the only customer in the restaurant and instead of asking me to leave they worried about my safety and took me to the safest part of the restaurant to hunker down with them. The tornado continued to get closer and they allowed me to stay with them until the storm warning cleared. They were kind, helpful, just generally good people. Thank you guys for being so kind.

The food was terrible…the bun was soaked in sauce, the onion slice was one inch thick and actually thicker than the whole burger itself. I shouldn’t have to pay over ten dollars for such a disgraceful standard.
