My daughter and I had small chocolate shakes. Good Times has some of the best chocolate shakes in my opinion. Today, my only complaint is that they weren’t blended very well. We had to keep stirring them before finally fully blended. They were still delicious tho!

I stopped by after a long day of work. I was treated very nicely, and order was taken in a fast manner. It’s not my first time at this location and I get the same treatment each time! I recommend this location for anyone it is an easy quick service and yummy burgers!

So this is gonna be a long one lol. I work late and wanted something to eat on the way home. Stopped at your location for a small fry and wild sauce. I received a small fry and two wild sauces I was excited! Then I realized I had never been given my change. I called the restaurant and the manager lied to me and told me the cashier who served me left for the night. My order was $3.23 I paid $10.23, I received the order but no change. I called and went back to the restaurant at their advice and the same cashier told me to check my car and she remembered. No way She was saying “I think I remember” and “are you sure its not in your car” and “where is your receipt” …well not provided all though there were napkins!.. Anyway they offered free food and what not but I declined I knew she took my $7, and its like bro chill…$7? But I’m paycheck to paycheck and for a local company this is lame as hell. I hope she uses my gas money for something she needs or to help somebody else lmao

First off, I ordered through the app. Unfortunately, the app didn’t send my food order to the store, ever. So, when I got there, they had no record of my order. I then had to show them what I had ordered by handing them my phone directly and letting them read my order off of the app directly. They then shorted my order $10 worth of food, even though they had my full order directly in front of them. When I called to complain, they attempted to blame the app and apologized, but incompetence of this level, from the store manager no less, is pretty hard to forgive.
So, don’t bother with the Good Times app, it’ll only slow you down and rip you off. And don’t bother with Good Times, the food isn’t good enough to justify paying double and only receiving half your order.

I walked here from my apartment hungry for a combo meal. I stood outside the counter service window for 15 minutes. I made eye contact with 3 employees inside. Nobody ever came to take my order, so I left and went to Burger King across the street.

We did drive through, our order was correct except for the extra dipping sauce we ordered. The food wasn’t very good. We thought the fries were greasy and not crispy at all. The burgers and chicken sandwich were dry. There was very little condiments on them. It wasn’t busy so we thought the items were sitting out before purchase. We aren’t sure we’ll be back.
