I am a regular visitor to this location, visiting several times a week. However, over the past two months, I have noticed a significant decline in the service. The process is consistently delayed with holds, followed by a 30-second wait (minimum) , and then a request to restart the register(another 30 seconds) Furthermore, orders are read back slowly, as if it were the employee’s first day, every time. Upon arriving at the window, employees appear unfazed, joking amongst themselves, and failing to collect money or even acknowledge that my order will be ready in 5 additional minutes. This will be my last visit to GOODTIMES.

Love stopping by here for lunch to get some yummy meals and drinks. Get their monthly flavor of their Mint Chip before it’s gone. The flavor and the portion of the custard was excellent for the price. The waffle fries were also pretty good as well. Great staff and service too with plenty of seating. Worth a stop for lunch!

I just went to grab a chicken sandwich, that’s all, and there is so little mayo on it that it’s dry as hell and fairly close to inedible. I had a couple bites and gave the piece of chicken to my dog who doesn’t care about a lack of mayo. The only reason I gave them any stars at all is because the kid working the drive-thru was super friendly.

The wild fries are insane! They came with a dipping sauce called ‘wild sauce’. I also tried their traditional cheeseburger and it was loaded with fresh ingredients. Great value for a treat!

This is a local burger chain. It has great ambiance outside but good luck with the food. I asked for a burger with mustard, lettuce, and pickles. The lady who took my order misheard me at first when I said pickles she heard ketchup, I corrected her and asked for pickle. It came DRENCHED in cheese and ketchup. There wasn’t an ounce of the burger that didn’t have fake cheese on it.
I am extremely dissatisfied and tired of the fast food industry settling for terrible employees. Hire people who take servitude seriously. Very tired of not getting what I ask for and playing Russian roulette with my hard earned money.

My family likes Goodtimes. We use to go to another location and get good food.
This location has disappointed us the last two times we have gotten food here. Way to much condiments on burgers. Milkshakes not thoroughly mixed. Teenagers acting like taking your order was not what they wanted to be doing.
May get Goodtimes again. BUT NOT AT THIS LOCATION!!! This location does a disservice to the brand name.

Ordered DoorDash through them with clear orders for wild dipping sauce for which I paid extra. I got ranch instead . I don’t want ranch, I ordered wild dipping sauce, and paid for it for wild dipping sauce.
