Just stopped to grab some chicken tenders since they’re freshly made, well I guess that doesn’t happen at this location. Nasty cold chicken. Please tell me how they’re fresh when I’m handed them 30 seconds after ordering? Get it together Goodtimes, you used to be way better. Culver’s is 100% times better and the food is freshly made when you order. Don’t bother coming here, you’ll be disappointed.

For a fast food chain that makes millions of dollars a year you would think they would supply their stores with credit card processors that actually work. I’ve had to use a seperate card 4 times in the past 6 month because theirs won’t read my magstrip on a brand new card and they don’t have chip readers and won’t enter it manually for whatever reason….come on goodtimes do better.

I ordered two paw benders for my dogs, and the cups were not even half full. Very disappointed and definitely not worth the money. That’s the reason for my low scoring.

I’ve ordered here before and have had no issues other then when they first opened the fries were so greasy and gross. Tonight I ordered two big daddy burgers and two small fries and an onion ring. We went over the order a few times and no mention of a small cheeseburger for $5.99 but it was in my order an on my receipt. When I called and spoke to a manager there named Bo. I told him we got an extra burger (small cheeseburger) we didn’t order, we even had an extra order of fries. When I spoke to Bo and asked him what it was he told me and said didn’t you listen to him when he went over your order. I kid you not we went over it a few times and William told me I have lettuce onion and pickle on the sand which I said what about the mustard? He said it’s on there. No mustard that we ordered on one and no ketchup we requested on another. I guess what bothers me the most is that the manager Bo tried to blame me like didn’t you hear him go over the meal. And I did but I had to repeat myself several times because of either the traffic noise coming by outside or the kitchen noise idk. But I had to literally almost yell my order to him. Bo is a terrible manager trying to blame me for their mistake. Yeah Bo I do want my money back for the burger we didn’t order and no Bo I don’t appreciate you blaming me for “your” mistake. Terrible!

Good fast food. Good times is a Colorado company, and the food is natural. This location has indoor seating not all have this.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger. There was no bacon. I ordered no tomato and no mayo but everything else. There was only mayo and tomato on my burger. My onion rings were also old and cold. Horrible. Will not be ordering from here again. Stay away.
