Kind of a letdown. Burger is like a Wendy’s burger but 2-3x the cost of an in n out burger. convenience alone saves it but burger came out so fast, obviously not fresh patties/frozen so the cost doesn’t make sense. It’s an alright school lunch style patty on good bun and great condiments n extras. I guess I’d compare it more to Culver’s but less good and costs more. Very very nice and friendly employees here , don’t get that part twisted.

Edit I now see another review with photos of loads of mold on their burger buns, which had me feel disgusting after eating my burger without checking the bun as much as I’d liked to have.

Also tried the chicken sandwich, it’s better than the burger but worse than other place’s chicken sandwiches like Dave’s hot chicken. This the kind of chicken sandwiches where it’s a big chicken nugget , not actual breast. Good flavor though

If I could give Zero Stars and still write a review I would. Ordered food from the store on 120th near Sheridan and the bambino burgers are filled with mold. I tried over a dozen times to call the store and no one answers the phone. Went back to the store and was told it wasn’t mold when it tasted like dirt from the one bite taken and smelled extremely musty. The two employees tried to help but they had to call someone for assistance. I felt the woman I spoke with was rude and very dismissive of my concerns. Manager is supposed to have a refund sent but will have to just wait and see

I arrived about 10 minutes before they closed. I wanted a burger they told me they were out of patties. I ordered the chicken strips since i needed to eat. I waited 10 minutes for my food. in the drive thru at the window. The spoon bender was good, but melted before the rest of my food was ready. They do have name brand dipping sauces.

Did the custard taste good? Yes. But I can’t believe I spent $5.75 on this. It was the slowest customer service I’ve had for a simple blender. My small was only filled 2/3 of the way full. There were toppings on top, but barely any inside – the bottom half I was eating just plain vanilla custard. The food menu looked decent, but I can’t imagine ordering something after seeing the inside of this place. This was sadly my first and probably last time here – such a bummer since I didn’t want to risk the McDonald’s flurry machine. Seriously can’t believe I just spent that much money on that little custard.

Order through DoorDash as a pick up. Ended up waiting 20min to leave and get the order. Then proceeded to wait in the parking lot 30min longer. It was a big order but not that big. Get home and they forgot onion rings. Not sure what the guys are doing working there?!? taking all that time and getting it wrong.

I usually LOVE GT but I had my son pick up a peppermint spoonbender for me and it was awful! I had to throw it away. Teach your employees how to make things right.

Theres something about watching the cashier cough into her hands and then handle your food & money immediately after; that just grosses me out. I dunno about anyone else but i can only remember covid days when i see that kinda stuff.

The drive thru line moved along quickly. Was surprised that the guy at the drive thru window gave us the Wild Sauce being that it was our first time there. I had the patty melt with wild fries and a soda. It was a good experience.

My daughter has a dairy allergy and when I ordered her burger with no cheese it looked like there was some cheese on the inside of the wrapper so I took it back up and they remade it immediately and the two gentlemen who were working were so kind, professional and urgent and I was so grateful for that service.

No one is trained…I don’t know when the old night crew left but since then it’s been a mess. Good quality went down, service went down, tonight we forgot this location isn’t great at night anymore and went there…it took 20 minutes for them to come to the window. Forgot we hadn’t paid yet, then kept forgetting our drinks…it just seemed the most unorganized its been in months. Day shift has it together though so that’s good!
Edit: also if you scroll down a couple of views from a month ago the same employees who screwed up for the guy are legit in a picture from the view of his car. The girl and guy, just missing the 3rd male employee. So sad.
Another edit: corn dog was falling apart and over cooked….
