I have always loved their burritos but this time I was served one that was cold inside. Not good when you’re serving something that can make people sick. Please do better. Due to the companies fast response and reaction to my review I am changing it from two to four stars and I will continue to get breakfast burritos here as they are quite good.

It seems like everyone in there was having a great night- except when I called and I told him my order was wrong.
The manager said he would review the cameras and call me back. When he called me back, I missed the call so I called him back. He started cussing then he hung up on me.
He was being very unprofessional on the phone so I put it on speaker and I started recording.

Goodtimes. Chain of great burgers and in a league of its own. Burgers are delicious, and shakes and custard are amazing. It’s definitely worth a try.
The food service was great. For this particular location, though, there is no inside dining, so you have to eat outside.
The atmosphere had to give it only ⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars due to outdoor tables being a little dirty and needing some deep cleaning.
It’s not a major deal if picking up to go or drive through.

Pro tip, don’t leave clients ready to give you money outside waiting for 10 minutes. For context, there was not a single soul at this place at the time I got there, just me. I ordered something relatively simple, a sandwich with bacon and tomato. Apparently I caught these two geniuses working there at the time WILDY off guard with this complicated order, because the moment he said “pull up to the window” he must’ve pulled the greatest prank of all time, because there was no one there. Despite seeing the two workers in their passed by several times, I waited 10 minutes for one of them to finally open the window and take my card, again, I am the only sucker there at the time. Forget if they’re super busy there’s going to be some wait, I completely understand that, but when there’s absolutely nobody there, there is no excuse to not take 2 seconds to do the job you’re being paid to do.

Granted I order through the drive through, so the atmosphere is in my SUV, but I love the food and the people are kind and considerate. There is a small wait due to the food is made to order, but you will know your food will be hot and fresh when it. . is handed to you. It’s worth the wait.

5/22/22 Update: Mango lemonade, cheese curds number 15 combo was needed today. No sauce because they didn’t give me any. The cheese curds came with ranch. Tenders no sauce. I had to wait since I was overcharged but they did refund my money and made everything fresh again. I didn’t go back because I had my two dogs with me as usual. They got their pawbenders. They savored and enjoyed the goodness. Manager was really nice and pleasant I just was too tired to go back over there.
I walked up to the counter and waited awhile. I guess they didn’t see me. In a couple of minutes I was acknowledged and the Manager apologized about the wait and I placed my order. I was in a fry mood. I ordered a large wild fries. The best fries. Fresh and the right amount of salt. Yum. I added pictures of my pup’s paw benders too.

I walked up to the counter but didn’t get acknowledged. I tried for a couple of minutes then just looked at the menu so I could order in the drive thru. The issue is I got my dog’s out of the car to get their pawbenders and had to load them back in the car. It was cold outside today too.
I saw other people pull up, go to the walk up and place their order. One person even had a dog so why couldn’t I order that way. I placed my order in the drive thru and they were so nice. I should’ve mentioned it but to be honest I was still upset. The food was delicious and fresh as always. I got a #2 combo with lemonade. Until next time.

Why did the drive thur worker drink off my straw?!? I told them the soda didnt taste right, handed it to him, he drank off my straw and tasted it himself before getting me a new different soda. 3 sets of bambino burgers and a chicken sandwich all packed in one small bag, smashed all the burgers,wrong fries asked for crinkle and got wild. Just ridiculous to spend over $50 and this is final results.

I walked up, there was one other person in front of me with a line full in at the drive thru. They were working as quickly and efficiently as possible, there were two people who helped me, but the lady was very very sweet! I ordered a a burger, fried and a cherry shake and it was all so yummy!
