So as always, this location has amazing food, always consistently good milkshakes and burgers. But after my experience today, I find myself deeply disappointed with good times management and with my server (identified on my receipt as Aiden). I don’t say this often but I believe that I found the unhappiest service worker in any fast food restaurant in Colorado. Besides being arrogant, impatient and rude the entire time I was at the window, when I asked for sauce that was included with my purchase, he snapped and told me that I should have ordered the sauce that was included with my item before arriving at the window. I understand mental illness well enough to recognize someone who obviously has bipolar disorder and has a hard time maintaining their behavior. I forgive Aiden for that. What’s concerning to me is that management at this location is either unaware or unwilling to make special accommodations for their mentally Ill crew member. It shouldn’t be your customer’s responsibility to deal with crew members that are unwilling or unable to show positive behavior. Anyways, I would avoid this location until they can fulfill their ethical obligation to their employee and to their customers so that he no longer feels the need to mistreat, any more customers. Good times has always had such great customer service, it was sad to see that they let their standards fall so low.

I always loved Goodtimes, but after today, I will not be back. The buns were stale. the burgers were probably made way in advance and the whole burger was just heated up. The mayo, tomato and lettuce were all warm. It took longer to place our order than waiting for the order. We had requested a printed receipt, but had to ask the staff member where the receipt was before we left. Terrible food. The place was empty except for us and the staff, now I know why. I have a feeling this location will be closing.

Spent $44 on two deluxe burgers, a three-pack of Bambino’s, and chicken tenders. Both deluxe burgers were awful — they tasted like reheated, microwaved burgers. The buns were chewy with hard, stale edges, and the burgers were cold.
This was my second visit to this location, and both experiences have been bad. For $44, this level of food is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

First time ever going to a Good Times burgers, tried the cookies and cream “spoonbender”. They didn’t give me a spoon, just a straw, and it was the consistency of a milkshake. Upon going in and asking, was informed that this is indeed their “spoonbender” lmao. Safe to say I wont be back. One and done, Good Times!

Stopped in for a burger. Thought I would dine in. First the staff was less than enthusiastic about taking an order, or orders as there were quite a few people in line. Second there was quite a long wait for the orders, my burger/fry/drink and shake took 20 minutes. Thirdly the staff had 3/4 of the dining closed off, so there was extremely limited seating. Although the counter was kept clean, nit so much for the tables, they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for all of the lunch hour(s).
Patrons were trying to clean them to sit.
Overall, I’d recommend going down the road and skipping this store.

Drive through attendant was not listening and kept trying to add an extra combo to our order. She had no patience and seemed pissed off at us. She also didn’t notify us of any upcharges to change the drink in combo to milkshake when we had asked about upcharges. She gave us a mostly melted milkshake, I had to ask it to be remade and she was upset at that as well. Gave our other medium drink in a small. We would have gone back in but had milk and eggs in the car after getting groceries on a hot summer day. Once we got home and opened our food and I saw the most sad and cold hamburger I’ve ever seen. I understand it’s fast food but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a goodtimes location. And all this for $30!!!! Will never be returning here.

We were coming from the airport and headed towards Colorado Springs and we stopped here for a quick bite. Both my father-in-law and husband got burgers and fries. I wasn’t terribly hungry and just wanted a snack, so I asked for a side of bacon and guacamole. They have quite a generous portion! Six strips of actual bacon. Not that flavorless, paper-thin stuff you find at some fast food places.
Just a heads up that the guacamole is on the spicy side. But it probably tastes a little less spicy when spread over a burger and not just eaten by the spoonful.
Hubby and Papa K enjoyed their burger and fries as always. I think hubby tried one he hasn’t before – some kind of double-decker. He said it had that awesome greasy flavor like a McDonald’s patty, but with a great In N Out kind of sauce on top.

Ordered a western slope burger for the first time today. Bun was fridge temp cold, burger was small and dry and there was an entire slab of onion on it with a tiny bit of sauce. So basically it was a cold onion patty burger. Barely edible.
