Not good pho. Ordered Uber Eats this evening and the pho tastes like someone put peanut butter in boiled water. No flavour and the spring roll is sitting in oil/ burnt to a crisp – stale oil poured out when I lifted the roll…
I selected and paid for extra tofu but the extra tofu added was not fried like the 4 pieces of fried tofu that came with the pho. Came to leave this review and saw a very similar review only 30 minutes prior.
Save your money and go elsewhere. I am sadly tossing the spring rolls and hope anyone planning to order from here reads the reviews first

was excited to try this place but I won’t be returning especially after the distasteful experience with the staff (see photos, circled in red). firstly, some of the food was moulded we had to ask for a new plate (see all photos). good thing I noticed! Likewise, the tofu salad rolls didn’t have tofu and the pho was mainly broth! worst part was the customer service – this woman is quite rude towards clients and doesn’t understand any customer service excellence. I won’t be returning solely because of her treatment towards us. for example, I humbly asked her why there was additional charges on our bill for things that she gave without even telling us there was a charge for it (such as asking for our food to-go) and her response was extremely condescending; 0/10 behaviour for a grown adult. For this reason I won’t be returning and do not recommend to support their business.

First time ordering here and it was a great experience. I ordered two stir-fried beef pho earlier in the day and didn’t get to eat them until later, but the food still tasted really good. I haven’t had pho prepared this way before, and I liked the garlic flavor in the stir-fried sauce. It was different in a good way.
The waitress was very patient and helpful since I wasn’t sure what to order at first. I followed her recommendation and I’m glad I did because we enjoyed it. I’ll come back again.

Just moved into the area and went looking for a new pho spot—so happy we chose this one! The service was wonderful, our food came out quickly, and everything was delicious. We’ll 100% be returning. 10/10!

So happy to find a Pho place in the area that offers vegan broth! The atmosphere was great and staff very friendly. I had the vegan spicy peanut broth Pho and it was pretty good. Will be back!

I like the pho here how it tastes lightly and just right instead of heavily spices. Adding some jalapenos and woahla, yummy spicy. The chili oil is good too! Definitely come back to try the spicy hue noodle from them.
Plus the coffee is bomb. Rich and little creamy. I like the coffee here more than other places, authentic.

Really flavorful broth, healthy portions for vermicelli and free top ups of the fish sauce, the spring rolls & salad rolls very good and not too heavy but just right
Would definitely head back there as one of the better Vietnamese spots in the tri cities area

Servers that work hard, and a great location. It’s clean inside and welcoming.
However the food sucks, it’s super super mid. The pho is good for someone that is eating pho for their first time. My wife is Vietnamese so maybe I have high standards but this place really lacks in quality of ingredients and flavour.
The bank-mi I got today had almost no meat inside the bread(3 slices of thin Vietnamese sausage.. that was it) and was stuffed with pickled vegetables but no meat ?? The owners must be cheap or the chef needs to be fired because this place won’t last with the food I’ve eaten there. I’ve tried this place 3 times now, all 3 were bad/mid at best.

After reading positive reviews. We decided to order take out for the first time and …. Are you srs guys? The Pate and Ham Banh Mi – has one slice of each ham and pate that barely even exists? The baguette over toasted and stale. What a rip off.

Creamy Peanut Pho was very nutty and tasted creamy as well, but not to be confused with a sate pho.
Accessible / Universal washroom available.
