Great food, great service. Love supporting local businesses, especially businesses with a model of locally sourced ingredients. Everything in this store is made to order and the prices are very reasonable! Nothing is processed and the ingredients are very high quality. Also the staff was quick and very attentive. I visited this restaurant for a soft opening. I met the owner and some employees. They seem friendly and engaging. The interior is freshly redone. I watch them chop up fresh vegetables for some of the burritos and sandwiches. They plan on getting as many vegetables as possible from local farmers when the weather permits. I was not hungry and I am gluten-free so I did not choose to eat anything at this visit. They do have some salad options. they will be getting a website up soon for to go orders. They will be getting free Wi-Fi soon as I said, this is a soft opening. They will not be having a phone landline. I found all this information out from having a conversation with the owner when I visited. they are right next-door to Heartwood Coffee roasters which is amazing coffee. A Great place to get coffee and a sandwich.

Came here to check out their breakfast food while waiting for a coffee at Heartwood, and so glad I did! Both of the people working behind the register were extremely kind and welcoming, and were busy cooking up some mean looking hash browns. The burrito I got had some delicious pico de gallo which nicely balanced the bacon and cheese. The burrito was nicely warmed up with a soft, yet browned outer tortilla. The service and food were phenomenal and will definitely be back for more!

Awesomeness! Didn’t expect to find this little gem in Hudson…. It’s tucked way in a corner plaza but the food is beyond any breakfast burrito I have had! Well done crew I definitely will be back!!
