One of the best places to have breakfast/brunch. The strawberry with roasted almons pancakes are amazing !!!! However, the regular and salmon Benedict are just perfectly done. We followed our server recommendation and got a side of the turkey sausage which was absolutely delicious. We closed our experience witha slide of the coffee cake (to go) which later my wife had and absolutely loved it. This place is always packed, but definitely worth the wait. Excellent food, great value, excellent service … you can’t beat it.

We were a party of 5 (including my very finicky little cousin who is five) on Saturday January 17, 2026. We got there right when the opened. Ximena was our server and she was a delight.

The food and drinks were great!!! This is a spot you might find in Brooklyn but SURPRISE!!!

Guess what? I TOOK PICTURES!!

To start, we ordered the mango mojito and a hibiscus drink. Both were nice. We asked for more sugar cane because we wanted it! (So good) HOWEVER, skip both and order the rum punch!! BABYYYYYYY it was great!!! We ended up ordering it and my cousin had TWO. Trust me, order the Rum Punch.

The food was delicious! Be sure to ask for the homemade hot sauce. It is FIRE!!

The food: the salt fish and ackee spring rolls were good. We ordered chicken bites and they were delicious with and without the sauce!! It was “child certified” by our little cousin. We ordered fries and asked for the tamarind / ketchup. Loved it!

The Trini corn soup was devoured with barely any evidence soup was in the bowl!

The jerk chicken comes out on its own as an entree. The sides are al a cart. It did not need sides as the portion was nice!

The crab fried rice was delicious as was the curry vegetable fried rice.

The beef lo mein was delicious. The beef was tender and not too spicy .

Because it was going so well, we ordered cake: a carrot slice, and a coconut slice. The carrot cake we like better than the coconut cake. Both had icing we all loved. The carrot cake was a little different from any I have had, but it was good. The coconut cake was cold and I suspect it was the reason it was on the dry side. It had flavor just not as moist as we would expect.

So listen, this is a two restaurant experience. In the morning there is a different menu. We came after 5pm. This review is for the after five “set.” I will attach a menu pic.

Are we coming back? Yes we will!! Friendly staff that made sure we were happy and had what we needed. Great job and I look forward to my next trip and dining here! GET THE RUM PUNCH!!!

Just checked out the new Bar Manje dinner restaurant and wow, the food is amazing. We got the corn soup and chicken bites appetizers. The soup had amazing spice and texture and the chicken bites were absolutely perfect (crispy, tender, flavorful), especially when combined with the habanero sauce. For the mains the jerk chicken was the standout — just spicy enough and the chicken so well cooked. The setup for the fish was great, but just needs a little fine tuning on execution. We got the raspberry cobbler dessert, which was perfectly tart and a great end to the meal.

We can’t wait to go back and try some more dishes! The fried chicken was already sold out on the day we went (it’s only available Sunday), which we’re super eager to try.

Breakfast in the upper west side with no fuss. Hearty portions, friendly folks, good selection. We were hungry and ordered many side dishes along with our breakfasts….all was tasty. No wait, quick service, affordable.

Good Enough to Eat has a cozy, classic feel and the staff was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. The menu has a lot of options, and the portions were generous. That said, the food itself was just okay—nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either.

It’s a fine spot if you’re in the neighborhood and want something casual, but I wouldn’t say it’s a destination meal. Overall, an average experience.

Food was okay, no complaints, not super tasty nor bad. The portion sizes were huge like every other diner in the states. The orange juice was a bit sour and acidic. Avocado and cheddar sandwich was edible. A 3/5 experience based on food.

Highly recommended. This place bustling during brunch, so make sure your whole party is there to get seated quickly! This diner has such great charm. It’s got lots of open space and sunlight streaming in, which creates a super inviting atmosphere. Plus, they offer bar seating, tables inside, and even outside seating!

They offer a classic menu that we absolutely loved. We really enjoyed the eggs Benedict and the pancakes for breakfast! Enjoy!

Go here to eat with my uncle. Like the food here and the portions. My uncle likes this place. Today I ordered the BLT and it was good. My waitress was so nice and sweet. I’m not sure if she was new but I just loved her energy. I asked for a few different things and she didn’t seem to get annoyed like some others at other restaurants. She always has a smile . It made us feel relaxed. We are and we talked a lot . She was very attentive and patient with us. My lunch was so much I took some of it home. Thank you sweet lady. We def walked out of there full . Thank you all. ( All the restaurant crew. )

Good Enough To Eat is a wonderfully atmospheric spot that completely lives up to its charming name. The atmosphere is absolutely perfect — warm, inviting, and the kind of space that makes you want to linger long after your meal is done. The food is genuinely good and satisfying, delivering on the promise of the name. Service is the one area that could use more polish — a bit inconsistent and slower than you’d hope. With better front-of-house execution this place would be close to perfect.
