Good Charlie’s never misses! The food is always great, they have awesome happy hour deals, and the service is fantastic. My favorite dishes are the ahi tuna tower, coconut shrimp, oysters (grilled or raw), soy ginger grilled salmon, chilean sea bass, and the herb marinated chicken.
I come here often and have hosted many events here as well. After my events, I always have people telling me something along the lines of, “I had no clue this place existed, it’s so good”, or “I’m going to bring my husband next time” without fail. I tell everyone to come eat here!
They have a great sunroom, private room, and bar. All of the staff are awesome, but Gregory, Alex, and Joseph are outstanding! Seth, the manager, is awesome. He really knows how to make everyone feel welcome. He is consistently the easiest restaurant manager to work with when it comes to planning private events. Highly recommend booking your next company party, family dinner, birthday party, happy hour, etc. here!

My husband and I love oysters and when we have the cravings this is our go to place. Oysters are always great! However, other seafood dishes are phenomenol, too. They also have great prices on their happy hour menu. We highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I decided to give it a try just because it was right across from the chiropractor I go to, and it said “OYSTER BAR” on the signage, and I’m always on the lookout for good spot for raw oysters. This place did not disappoint!
I came in about 3:20 p.m., so it was still “happy hour,” and took advantage of their offerings.
I ordered the dozen gulf raw oysters, a specialty cocktail, a cup of their house Cajun gumbo, and a raw oyster shooter. The total came to $40 for one person, and my server, Hannah, was very attentive and super-nice.
The food & service was top notch, and the atmosphere was a classy- upscale atmosphere with upbeat pop music everyone can enjoy. You can choose to sit at a booth, table, or at the bar.
Even though I was flying solo for this visit (my first), I think this would be a great place to bring a date, go for a business lunch, watch a sporting event with a group, or to celebrate a special event like a birthday, promotion, graduation, wedding reception, etc. It was also great going just by myself. I will be going back soon, definitely after my next chiro visit. I sort of envision this place as a cool night spot with karaoke, poetry readings, or a live band. It’s got that kind of vibe.
The oysters were really fresh and delicious.
The manager, Seth, came out to chat & see how I was doing. That’s uncommon and great for business. Very personalized experience.

OMG!!! Good Charlie’s in the Woodlands was amazing. Every single thing was so satisfying. Our server, Ryan B, was so attentive and made us feel so comfortable. Seth, the manager, was so professional and made sure we were pleased with everything. Absolutely was!!!!! The food OMG! was seasoned to perfection, the cook needs a raise ASAP, he absolutely % cooked the hell out of our food. No complaints at all. Out of all the restaurants in the world, I could’ve chosen to spend my birthday celebration, I chose Good Charlie’s. My husband had never wanted to eat oysters with me until he saw how good they looked, and now he’s an oyster eater and said he’ll only eat them at Good Charlie’s; WOW. It was so beautiful and the decor was top notch. We loved everything about our experience. Our drinks were on point as well. Thank you all for making my day special, and thank you, Ryan and Seth, for being a part of my special day, and the brownie was so soft and delicious. I strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone who hasn’t experienced delicious oysters to visit this restaurant.

First time here and we loved it! The service was great, the GM was walking around introducing himself and our server Maddie was very sweet. All of the food we ordered was delicious!..but the real star of the show was the oyster platter! We are usually not appetizer people, but we just had to try the oysters rockefeller and boy are we glad that we did. Drinks were also top notch as well. We will definitely be back!

Good Charlie’s has a great oyster bar! Fresh, big oysters. Raw or grilled, thay are all amazing! The cocktail are delicious and the atmosphere is fun and open. The staff is what really sets them apart here, I have always had exceptional service from being welcomed by the host or hostess, through the dinner experience, you always feel like family here.
The captains platter is amazing, the seafood salad is delicious, the brussl sprouts…. and OMG, the DESSERTS!!! SAVE ROOM FOR THE DESSERTS!!

The ambience was good and our waitress attentive. The food came quickly. The snapper was overcooked, no amount of creamy sauce could cover this. The ceviche was good, but such too small, they need entree option. The Lobster Bisque was too one-note, it had lumps, so not just the cream but it mostly just tasted like cream, but a good lobster bisque has a bold flavor.
The Tiramisu was massive giant square of cream, yes I could taste the Kahlua, but it doesn’t work. A Tiramisu is supposed to have a layered flavor, with the coffee and wine breaking some of the sweetness, if done with coffee and rum, and not over sweetened, it would work better than Kahlua.
If not for the ceviche, the food rating would be lower, as everything had too much cream and salt, but not enough flavor. And it is definitely not good for those with high blood pressure.

My boyfriend brought me here on Saturday night. It was not only my first visit but my first time trying raw oysters! EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! My BF had the herb crusted Halibut, Calamari and the lobster bisque. I had the Catfish Po Boy and a dozen oysters. I could eat here everyday!
The vibes were great, super chill & our server KYLE made our night so enjoyable!! THANK YOU KYLE. He recommended the Key lime pie 10/10!
We will definitely be back for the food and will make sure to request Kyle again.

We were headed home- and saw Good Charlie’s so we popped in They close at 9 week days so we slipped in at 8:30. But our server didn’t rush us or make us feel “fast food-ish”. Hayden- excellent server Just a great young man and a huge asset
