Gong cha tea has really gone down hill because they aren’t consistent with their tea at all locations. It’s either they messed up the drink or messed up the order. There is definitely better options in the area. She just laughed at me when I told her I order black tea not milk tea. They just threw the milk tea from my other drink to this drink. The lack of care for customer is just laughable. If they find that I knew the difference between black tea and earl Grey milk tea funny.

Drinks are usually solid from most Gong Cha locations, this is no exception. Occasionally the staff miss a modification, but they’re quick to fix it. The matcha strawberry I had a few visits ago was not great but other drinks on other trips have been good.

I like their Pearl tea . Garlic honey chicken is a bomb! The desserts is perfect. They have a eat all you can hot pot the meat is high quality perfect for Family and group of friends. Try this place is a must.
