Saw an add in the “CLIP” app and gave it a shot. Place very clean owner a great guy but….. was very disappointed. I mean I only had a 15 mi. Drive home but everything was SO DRY. Wings looked good cooking but were again dry. Pastrami was super dry. Italian wrap had no taste. Only could taste the cubed onions. I’m sorry I’m not the one to give a lo rating but have to be honest. Btw got a Diet Pepsi which expired oct 2024.

The wings here were filled with potential but didn’t deliver on a few key spots. We got buffalo and another sauce that was some kind of sweet buffalo, like a hot honey or something of that nature. Ordered online and the place wasn’t even open when we got there so that was concerning. They cooked the wings in fairly adequate time past that.
The buffalo had good flavor and I don’t think it’s just some jarred sauce, I think they actually at the minimum doctored up a bottled sauce to make it better. The hot honey style wing did not have any heat so it was just kind of sweet and felt flat. The wings had a good size to them and seemed to be good quality but they weren’t cooked anywhere near in the ballpark of long enough. Absolutely request well done/crispy if you order from here. Not bad, but I don’t see myself returning.

First off catchy name “Gone with the Wings!” I have a sausage egg and cheese on a roll. Never have I ever gotten one with the sausage in between the eggs! You get egg in every bite I throughly enjoyed my sandwich.

We ordered Two different flavors of the chicken tenders. We specifically requested, BEFORE they were prepared, that they be LIGHTLY COOKED (NOT Overcooked And NOT Well Done). The young lady who answered the phone repeated this back to me! They were ABSOLUTELY NOT TENDER and I can’t swear to it that they were even chicken! On each order the flavored coating was nonexist! They were so dried out, overcooked, stringy and chewy! Although most of the pieces were quite large, they were also FLAVORLESS and QUITE INEDIBLE! To add insult to injury, not only did the manager not call us back as promised, when we called him, he Never apologized, he incorrectly claimed he made the dishes as we requested. Additionally, he said the chicken tenders should not be Tender a few hours later? Needless to say, we will NEVER be going back to this Nutley, NJ Gone With The Wings! Please save your money and Literally go Anywhere Else!

Ordered a “special” deal on the phone. Repeated 3 times I wanted the special deal. When I picked up the person would not honor the price of the special. Was never told on the phone it had to be ordered online. Bland chicken. Fries were terrible. Only good thing was the size of the chicken fingers. They give you a lot.

I’ve been a customer at this store for awhile but I will no longer be going back. Last week Saturday I must have called the store about 7 times and each time someone answered and hung up on me. I was truly craving their breakfast and at this point I was a bit annoyed about being continuously hung up on. I decided to just go into the store to place my order. Once I get into the store I asked the girl at the counter if she kept hanging up my call and she said “yes.” & I asked how come, I was told because there is no cook. I expressed how unprofessional that was. I could’ve simply been told over the phone there isn’t a cook and it would’ve saved me a trip going there. This is the second time I’ve dealt with rudeness from this store. Although their food is good, it is not worth the unprofessionalism given to their customers. I am more than sure I am not the only customer she kept answering and hanging up on. I do hope this store gets their employees together and teach them how to be more professional regardless if there is a cook or not. I would’ve completely understood.

The foods so good but the service makes me never want to go here. The big girl that works the register is never smiling and always has an attitude. I’ve worked customer service before and no matter how hard my day was I would always smile and everytime I come this girl is never happy. The atmosphere is also so bad, there’s always a fight or something going on. Anyways tell your employee to be more friendly or you lose customer.

Family picked up dinner and forgot half my order from somewhere else decided to find somewhere to order quick bite to eat so I could have a proper meal. Ordered the nachos which are described as being piled high with cheddar jack cheese lettuce tomato chili and jalapenos on their website and what I got was bland discount Taco Bell nacho cheese sauce over chips with lettuce and tomato and no jalapenos. The lady on the phone asked me if I wanted the chili hot or mild and I assumed she was talking strictly about the chili but now I don’t know if they meant the jalapenos regardless it was disgusting. I get it’s a wing place and I wasn’t expecting five star cuisine but it’s not even the same ingredients, they describe on their menu. I’ll never order here again
