It was our first time dining there and on Valentine’s Day. We both enjoyed their Delmonico (12 oz Ribeye) both were cooked to perfection. The baked potatoes were large and tender, also cooked to perfection. Our server kept regular tabs on us but was not bothersome. We will be back to try their pizza!

Drove about 65 mile to eat here. Passed this place for years…big mistake! This gondolas is as good as the one in crossville. Both are absolutely wonderful. Great food, great service at a fair price. I eat out almost daily and I had previously spent over 100 on snack food at a popular restaurant in murfreesboro tn and ill never go back there again!! It wasnt hooters it was way way worse… anyway Yeah Gondolas #1 just about anywhere you go. Especially in mcminnville and crossville. Crossville Gondolas is always busy, fast and customer satisfaction a priority!!! Best restaurant in crossville, them and cracker barrel. The rest not so much…

I was so surprised at the quality and freshness of the food. There were 4 of us and everyone’s plates were delicious. It’s so hard to find good, affordable food anywhere and I’ll definitely be back. They have a diverse range of food and from looking at the dessert case, I’m willing to gain 10lbs to try all of the wonderful desserts

Some food was overcooked chicken tenders were crispier then potatoes skins can get the bacon wrapped steak was more fat than bacon and the streaks were very small compared to its oz size. Service was fair when asked was told no manager was around but did offer free dessert to try and make up for the lost entree however cheesecake was poor it had no gramcracker crust.. like that’s the best part to me. Will not be returning and wouldn’t really recommend to anyone. Applebee’s is less than a mile away much better food and service that is definitely recommend

Good food, service, and atmosphere! Family-friendly and excellent for large groups. We we’re surprised that there’s so many kinds of food to choose from on the menu (found theirs online in advance). Parking was plentiful. Our waiter was just super. There is a lunch buffet. After lunch hours, salad bar and soup is still available. Everything tasted very good. Highly recommended.

Since 3.5 isn’t an option I would lean towards a 4 star rating. Solid food. Not the best but better than a lot of food in the area. It’s “above average”. We got cheese pizza, eggplant parmigiana, fettuccine Alfredo and a cannoli.

Pizza was ok. Maybe the least favorite of the dishes we got. Crust was good, cheese was decent.

Fettuccine was the best thing we got. Nice ratio of vegetables.

The eggplant was the weird one of the bunch. We are from philly and I grew up eating home cooked Italian meals and I have never seen eggplant parmigiana on a hamburger bun. I was actually kinda shocked when I saw it lol. It wasn’t bad but mentally I couldn’t get over it not being on a hoagie roll. Also the sauce and cheese ratio was kinda weak. More sauce and cheese would of went along way. But the eggplant it’s self was good. Came with a pickle which was also strange for eggplant parm but also I like pickles so we weren’t mad about it.

Overall My wife and I agreed that the food was good enough for us to try it again.
Lots of signs up about the award winning cheesecake so I will return to atleast try that!

Not only was our food fantastic and the dessert divine but our server Katie was amazing! She was very attentive and always had a smile on her face. We will definitely be making Gondola a regular for our family.

I got the baked spaghetti and it tasted watered down and I do not believe it was a meat sauce. Husband’s steak didn’t look so great but he said it tasted good. Best thing was the cheesy bread.

I have worked in many restaurants in my day, and I am a regular foodie at heart. I came in on Saturday evening. I ate a meat lovers with banana peppers and extra cheese and pizza sticks. This place was absolutely amazing. From the food, to it’s cleanliness, to its service. My waitress was phenomenal, but more so than that, all the waitresses on the floor served me, or checked on me in some way, as well. I also noticed they were doing this for all tables too. Their personalities were friendly AND professional, even when people attempted to get snippy. Super impressed with the ladies at Gondala. Truly felt taken care of there. Must go.

P.S. try the baklava cheesecake and the seven sins cake!!. You’re welcome in advance!
