Today, 8/30, the afternoon server was more interested in going out in the parking lot and looking at her colleagues new car than taking care of customers. Before that, she made it seem like we were a burden. This place is golf course first that just happens to have a restaurant. Took forever for her to ring us up. It’s disappointing. The food though didn’t disappoint. Very decent nachos and the penny beer were a good deal.

What a beautiful location and so peaceful !
Nicky has amazing customer service he went above and beyond and was so kind and gracious. The chef went out of his way to make lettuce wraps for our gluten free needs. Michelle the manager was so friendly and informative. Overall great experience ! !

Really not much there. Had fish and chips. The batter on the fish wasn’t completely cooked thru (mushy on the inside crispy outside) fish was fine and the chips (French fries) were good. Beers cold.

Update: 17 October 2018

This place has drastically gone down hill since the last time we were here. The menu has shrunk to a handful of items, they were out of waffle fries, only had two beers on tap, and the only salad dressing they had available was ranch.

When our food arrived (after waiting 45 minutes for a burger) there was a bit of paper towel in my salad and the burger wasn’t cooked how I ordered it.

Hard pass…this place is terrible. Try McDonald’s in DuPont a more elegant dining experience.

I have to commend Piper, the woman working the restaurant. A group of us arrived to meet up with our husbands for dinner & drinks 30 minutes before closing! We were surprised they were closing with so many still on the course. But she took care of us as best she could, and before closing the dining room we got drinks for us and husbands (in disposable cups) & made ourselves comfy outside waiting for them to finish. It wasn’t ideal, but she did what she could. I only gave 4 stars because I don’t understand why they don’t offer better hours and an expanded menu. People in Dupont are frequently looking for a place to have a nice meal for special occasions (anniversary, birthday, Valentines Day etc.). I’m curious (having been here several years), why it’s not more welcoming for diners? I’ve been told the clubhouse/restaurant was an afterthought – I think we need a better alternative for semi-fine dining in Dupont.

The food was a disaster. Hard dry salmon, cold mashed potatoes, greasy vegetables. Buffet was running out of food. We paid 50. A person. Really outrageous. Drinks were underpoured, and the bartender wasn’t skilled…couldnt figure out any of the mixed drinks. Great party, but that had nothing to do with this place.

Fish and chips are pretty good, food selection is typical golf club house style.
